Beachfront holiday rentals in La Paz County

Was just how it was listed! Everything was super clean and items were in “like new” condition. It was nice having a vacuum cleaner and broom to keep the place feeling clean while we were there for almost a week. Outdoor furniture was nice and comfy and the views were amazing! The house practically came with everything necessary! We had a lovely stay and would love to return!

We had a lovely time staying here while we visited Quartzsite. It was exactly what we needed, quiet, and clean. We enjoyed the river and our dog loved all the grassy areas to walk. We’ll be back for sure!

Definitely a great place to stay if you’re driving to LA and need a convenient stop for some rest, as it’s right next to the I-10. The property also offers great amenities, with its location right in front of the river this is perfect for camping and outdoor activities. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. No issues at all so highly recommend!

My family and I loved the place. The location was perfect and the days and nights were nice and peaceful. If we had a question the Host were really good at responding also. Thank you it was a very nice time.

Wow! What a place to stay! We made so many amazing memories with family and friends. With a house full of people and kids there was plenty of room that we never felt crowded. If you’re looking to stay in the keys, this is a prime location.

We loved our stay. We stayed a visit with family. The view was great. We paddle Boarding and kayaking. The evenings were watching the sunset. We will be back!

Nice spacious home in Big River. We know the area and the housing options pretty well and this was right in line. Overall greatly satisfied. We will probably stay again for the off-road races that happen in Parker once or twice a year.

My stay was nothing short of amazing! The location is absolutely phenomenal, with stunning views and easy access to the river. The private deck, dock, and beach were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the natural beauty. The host went above and beyond, not only in being super responsive and gracious throughout my stay but also in returning some items I accidentally left behind. I left feeling grateful for time spent enjoying the surrounding as well as for their level of care and attention. Highly recommend this property for a peaceful and memorable getaway! Your water dog will love it just as much!

All I can say is, wow! This place absolutely exceeded my expectations. The Oasis is beautiful, I had a view and beach right out my front door. The area was quiet, clean, and felt very safe. I loved all of the dogs and cats running around. The house itself was perfect for what I needed. Anyone staying in the loft needs to understand it’s a low ceiling loft. This was very clean and comfortable. I loved this place enough that 1, this is my new spot to stay for my annual visit to quartzite, and 2, I may buy one of these spots! The only downside: host not super quick to respond, have to be super careful on steps to loft as tac strips will get your feet. Other than that, perfect.

This home was beautiful and functional in a great location. It was very comfortable and quiet. The kitchen had all the basics - coffee supplies were greatly appreciated! I also appreciated the dog friendly park and beach. I wish we’d had more time to just hang out at the house! Only issue was the body wash and shampoo dispensers in the bathroom were empty which we didn’t discover until too late before departure. (Short stay). There really wasn’t time to notify anyone so I’ll just knock one star off cleanliness because I’m sure they would have corrected it if we had been there longer. Irritating though given the high cleaning fees - better service is expected on basic things like that. Aside from that it really was a wonderful place to stay.

Theresia's place was Beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone. The kitchen and bar area was amazing. Looking out at the river from the back patio was very relaxing. We will definitely look at booking with her again when we are headed back that way.

This place was better then the tiny homes in the resort. It had a gate around the property and small green area. AC in the home works great. Nice addition was the cable tv once we finished playing in the river we would watch tv with the kids.

Kristie's home was perfect for what we needed. We were traveling and checked in late and left early. We basically just needed a place to sleep 1/2 to our destination. The beds were very comfortable and everything we needed was there. Thank you!

This place is it! Mel is incredibly helpful. The Casita is spacious and full of comforts right down to the sheets. But the location if you're looking for river access on a quieter part of the river is just outstanding! We put our boards in from his backyard and floated south a few miles. A new fav!

Great place in north Parker! Plenty of space in front of the garage and on the side to park boat or trailer with truck. Real nice view of the river. We would definitely stay here again.
