Beachfront holiday rentals in La Paz County

We had an amazing stay, The perfect spot to unwind and relax right next to the water. It was our first time in Parker and definitely won't be our last. Great spot to book for a beautiful view.

Only bad thing I can say is the bed in the casita is a little rough and dog hair around the furniture. Other than those two things we had an amazing time and would definitely book again! Perfect location with accessible boat ramp which was very convenient for us!

My family and I loved the place. The location was perfect and the days and nights were nice and peaceful. If we had a question the Host were really good at responding also. Thank you it was a very nice time.

Can’t go wrong with Parker! Love working with this property management company. All the ladies are super nice and accommodating. They have many properties along the strip and I can’t wait to visit more of them. Some of our greatest family memories are at the river, so thanks for being part of that!

My 3rd stay at Arizona oasis. It’s a little slice of heaven. Beautiful beach and great amenities. The office staff is SO nice!!! Be prepared for more of a glamping experience, but we love it and will continue to come back!

Definitely a great place to stay if you’re driving to LA and need a convenient stop for some rest, as it’s right next to the I-10. The property also offers great amenities, with its location right in front of the river this is perfect for camping and outdoor activities. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. No issues at all so highly recommend!

This was our second visit to Arizona Oasis, and there will be many more! I love this little community. I’ve been to the other surrounding parks, and none compare. What a beautiful little community, with great amenities. The beach is beautiful, pool is nice, and well you can’t beat the view from the patio! We spent so much time out there! Will definitely be back, maybe even to buy!

Great place to stay. The house keeper needs to step it up a bit because the place was a bit dirty when we got there. Pee on the toilet dirty sinks lost of dust. We still will continue to stay there though. Love the water view. Everyone super friendly

This place was better then the tiny homes in the resort. It had a gate around the property and small green area. AC in the home works great. Nice addition was the cable tv once we finished playing in the river we would watch tv with the kids.

Kristie's home was perfect for what we needed. We were traveling and checked in late and left early. We basically just needed a place to sleep 1/2 to our destination. The beds were very comfortable and everything we needed was there. Thank you!

We had a great weekend getaway at Mel's place. Mel was very informative regarding the water levels on his property. He gave plenty of recommendations for fishing spots. He had very clear check in instructions. The place was gorgeous. He checked on us frequently to see if we needed anything. We had a great time and will definitely visit again!

This is the 3rd time that I and my guests have stayed at Lisa's beautiful/spacious house. It has everything that you will need in the kitchen. As always it was spotless. Despite 114 degree temperatures the 3 air conditioners kept the house at a constant, comfortable temperature. Located just steps from the Colorado River, you can take your choice of swimming, tubing, boating, or fishing. There is a wonderful dock and boat ramp. My son always catches bass and catfish from the dock. If you just want to relax and enjoy the river, you can sit out on the large, screened in patio and use the grill. Lisa is very cordial and quick to reply to any of your requests. If Lisa will have me again, I will be back next year. George Wetmore

Our Dock Holiday was perfect! We really enjoyed the location of the property on the river. There is a lot of dock space!The ping pong table & fire pit was a big hit with the kids. I would definitely recommend staying here. Lots of Fun!
