Located along Vélocean, it will be easy to reach the beach of La Baule (2 km) or the center of Guérande (5 km).

Accommodation located in the Bourg de l 'Epine center, 5 minutes from shops (market, baker, etc.) on foot. Close to sea, forest and bike path. Washer, bbq and plancha present (coal and gas not included). Bed linen and household linen not provided. Baby equipment available upon request. No wifi. Weekly rental during the summer break. Bike rentals and free parking nearby. Housekeeping at the expense of the tenant: 100e deposit requested upon your arrival. Maybe see you soon!

Amandine, Caroline and Sébastien introduce you to their family home. To keep it after the death of our dad we decided to share it with you after the death of our dad. It is ideally located facing the wild coast with a floor that has just been completely renovated, with 2 upper bedrooms, a superb sea view, swimming pool from June to the end of September . A house Ideal for accommodating 12 people ( 10 adults max) . Welcome to our home.... Linens not provided but option to rent.
