The stay was just perfect! The apartment was exactly as described: clean, cozy and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was ideal: practically downtown! Viola was very kind. A really nice experience, which I would recommend without hesitation to anyone!

View! I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful place and I highly recommend it! Already upon arrival, I was delighted with the surroundings and the cozy atmosphere. But the absolute highlight was the incredible view – simply breathtaking! Whether at breakfast or in the evening with a glass of wine, the view has really made the stay special. Everything was clean, well equipped and the hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Marco made sure the fire was on a few hours before we arrived. The place was very well located right near the lake. Would definitely recommend!

Some Airbnbs are bland, designed specifically for rental. Maria’s apartment is not like that. It has antique furnishings and lots of paintings which give it character. It is a large, comfortable apartment with everything you need - a comfortable bed, dishwasher, washing machine, well equipped kitchen, a small terrace. We really liked the location in a small hamlet outside busy touristy Bellagio, but within a lovely 20 minute walk to Bellagio via Villa Melzi gardens (at a cost of 14 euros). The apartment is very good value for money in an area which is generally expensive. Don’t forget to leave the tourist tax, as I did (but sent it as soon as Maria reminded me)

Stay private with service… Absolutely brilliant, great location of the place, great kitchen equipment, the morning delivery service of the baked goods...everything without exception great. Never seen such a clean and well-kept vacation home. We look forward to our next stay with you.

The view is better than the photos - we had a lovely time. Things to do - rent a boat from Nautica Lierna - stand up paddle boarding - visit local villages (Castello di Vezio in the next village gives a brilliant view) - pasta making course in Varenna (chef’s table) - visit local beach (5mins walk) Spiaggia di Lierna (there is a back route which is much better than walking on the main road) Careful - there are a few hidden speed cameras in the village. Easy access with car - ferry and train would have also been very easy.

I was in this little paradise for a short time and with some unexpected events not due to the house or the owner. The house is much more beautiful than you see in the photos and Silvano is a kind and understanding owner with whom it is very nice to chat The view is spectacular, I never imagined it!!!!. I received local products as a gift, enjoyed the silence I was looking for and did a Trek☺️ as I wished. My dog was also very happy. Really an oasis of peace an hour from Milan.

We were guests of Silvana with our furry friends (also welcomed with joy and it is rare) the house is beautiful, warm, cozy and extremely clean. Located in a fairytale context, ideal if you want to find a connection with nature. There's really nothing missing inside the property, you find yourself at home in a blast. Silvana was thoughtful and professional, indicating with extreme accuracy all the necessary directions for check-in, for the stay and recommending beautiful walks in the mountains. We were extremely happy with this experience, we will definitely be back!

Dear Yvonne, Thank you for the great time. We had everything we needed in the apartment. The large, fenced garden was great for our little son. He was able to get out on his own and play football. Yvonne's grandson was another plus as a great teammate. Yvonne was always quick to respond to questions. The location is great, great view, but not too high, so you are quickly on the main road. Large supermarkets and a shaded child-friendly beach 10 minutes away. We were very pleased and had a great time! Giuseppe's place was perfect for our group of 12, offering plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. The beds were incredibly cozy, ensuring a restful stay. The location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, gelato shops, and grocery stores within walking distance, and the ferry is just a short stroll away. One of the best features was the hot tub, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The upstairs patio also offered beautiful views and a great space for meals, but the hot tub definitely made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We came from Valais to Hansjörg for ski races at the Rinerhorn. The location was perfect because it was very close to the ski lifts and less than 10 minutes to Davos Platz. We very much enjoyed the calm and the setting in the heart of nature. Hansjörg is very friendly and took the time to chat with us, moreover he always responded to messages very quickly. We immediately felt very comfortable in the cozy cabin. The kitchen is well equipped and even raclette and cheese fondue are available. The Postbus car goes for free to Tannenheim and Tannenboden, so you can leave the car behind.

We enjoyed it very much- thanks for everything! The location of the apartment was particularly great: just a few steps from the lake and restaurants and supermarket easily accessible. Communication with Gianpiero worked out very well, questions were answered quickly. We were there with three children and the apartment with amenities was definitely enough. How can you recommend it.

Great, large apartment in Lenno with a very convenient location. It was easy to find and very close to the lake, only about a 10 minute walk, 15ish minute walk to the ferry. The apartment was very large and very clean and I didn't have any issues other than the wifi going out occasionally during very heavy thunderstorms. A grocery store and the bus are only about 5 minutes away as well which makes it very easy to get food to cook or to get to the other towns in the same side of the lake.

We couldn't have hoped for a better place for a cosy weekend away for the two of us. A wonderful spot that had great access but was very private and peaceful and bursting to the seams with character. It had everything we could've wanted & more, was genuinely very homely, and you could tell that Ladina and family also stay there. Ladina was very response to all communication and patient with us.

Beautiful place! Gianna was also very kind and super helpful. the place is very clean, comfortable and quiet exactly what we needed to spend new years eve and relax for the holidays.

Alessandra's apartment is very well located for those who love to walk mountain trails without a car and reach the many peaks above Gromo. Valseriana is a quiet and magnificent valley, the autumn colors were sublime. The mountain lakes are countless... Alessandra is a friendly and caring host. We had a great stay with my son.

What a truly beautiful corner of the world! Angela was an extremely attentive host, ensuring our stay was easy, fuss free, and most of all, relaxing. Situated just outside the main hustle and bustle of the town centre, about 5 minutes drive, the apartment has SPECTACULAR views across Lake Como and it was a delight to spend a quiet evening on the private balcony soaking it all in. The apartment was VERY clean, containing all we needed for our stay; Angela went above and beyond to provide additional bits and bobs (a couple of dishwasher tablets etc) which again only added to the ease and enjoyment of our trip. We cooked some of our evening meals in and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had our car and the parking is private and safe. The access to the apartment, down quite a steep drive, feels a bit perilous at first but you soon get used to it and having the car does help as the shops and restaurants are not just round the corner. What an unforgettable trip - thank you!
