The space was very clean and exactly as described. Very well located accommodation 500m from the beach, with a safe path to get there. Emma and Brice are very friendly and available people. When we arrived we had sweets, which were very pleasant. With discount coupons for things to do. Quality/price level, the accommodation is at a good value for money, between the location, the activities and especially the availability of the owners. Very good welcome at check-in and check-out. Very well located studio in quiet residence, close to sea, amenities and activities. Clean studio, nice bedding. Balcony full sun, pleasant to eat meals with a small sea view.

Bernard is a very friendly host we came to 3 as a couple with a 7-year-old child and the accommodation is bigger than in the photos. We're a 10-minute walk from the beach. Bernard is a very pleasant and funny host, his very competent studio with his balcony where we settled in the evening. The location of the listing is in a quiet place so no problem in the evening if you want to snore, there are 2 beds and it is suitable for 4 people. Recommended

The accommodation is great, clean and good surface area for 2 people. Its proximity to the beach and the small activities in the city center is really great. Jacques hosted us very warmly, with advice on the surroundings as well as nice restaurants, with very good responsiveness on my questions before coming. I would recommend it and would go back there without hesitating.

Great apartment, very well located in the residence with a magnificent view nearby and shops (from the city and the residence) are a stone's throw away. The apartment is well equipped, we had everything we needed.
