2-level apartment with excellent finishes, a large terrace with a view of church domes nearby, including the Dome of Lecce. Without every noise, it allows peace and relaxation at all hours of the day. Completely self-contained. Three bathrooms, one with a closed shower, one with an open shower. The third bathroom on the terrace can be used in summer. If you want to use the second bedroom, even if there are 2 of you, you will have to pay a surcharge of €30 per day.

° A two level house right on the beach. ° Terrace only a couple of meters from the sea. ° Modern design, new amenities, beautifully furbished. ° Ideally located to visit the jewels of the Salento, Italy's heel. ° Spectacular beach in seaside town. Desolate in winter. Great fun in high season. ° 55' from Brindisi Airport. ° Thomas and Els used to be the owners of another very appreciated holiday home. Beautiful apartment on the first floor in a two-story building. Central area. All the windows and balcony overlook the sea. Bleached oak parquet flooring. Modern furnishings with great workmanship. Very quiet apartment. Just go down a few steps to be on the free or equipped beach. There are supermarkets nearby (Conad, Dok, Eurospin and others). There are also small restaurants, bars and pizzerias. Perfect for all periods of the year.
