Great week-long stay at Laetitia's for 4 adults, 2 children and 2 infants. The house is large, modern and comfortable to live in. Lots of bay windows overlooking the garden. Air conditioning much appreciated on hot days. The outdoor space is beautiful and well appointed: pool, terrace with dining area, plancha, barbecue, petanque court, swings and large garden. Shops 5min by car. We had a few small quacks with the house alarm, the smoke detector and the fridge/freezer which does not close properly and therefore does not cool to the right temperature. Good communication with hosts regarding their issues. We found that there were a few accessories missing at home such as a dryer, more comfortable pillows, hangers in hanging racks, and bath mats. The house is located in a quiet area of Lège Cap Ferret. Recommended bikes to take advantage of the many bike paths to visit the area.

We will miss Villa San Souci. It’s a lovely house in a fantastic location for exploring the Arcachon Basin. We did not need to drive from place to place as the bike paths are outside , so is the train station and restaurants , shops are within walking distance. The pool and garden is also a suntrap and lovely for a lazy afternoon. Gujan Mestres is a nice town away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to everything you would need for a wonderful vacation.

We were delighted with our stay. We were able to take advantage of the heated pool despite the weather that was not there. We were well received. Thanks to Fabrice and her family.

The villa in Biscarrosse Plage is really great. This is a super welcoming and spacious area. There were many of us but everything was well arranged and I had a great time with my friends to celebrate my birthday. I'd recommend it without a second thought. In addition, Valerie was at the top from start to finish and super flexible. Truly a great experience

We loved every second of our stay at Guillaume‘s impeccable house. Every bedroom has their own ensuite bathroom so it’s great if you’re travelling as a group. The terrace facing the canal is beautiful and cosy. The kids enjoyed the pool, trampoline, and many games they found in one of the bedrooms. The neighbourhood is quiet but there are plenty of restaurants nearby and it’s only a short drive to Lac Cazaux. This is a great place to relax with enough activities close by (Dune du Pilat, Arcachon, Cap Ferret) to keep you entertained for a at least a week. Guillaume is a perfect host, always quick to respond to messages and happy to provide useful recommendations. Everything went without a hitch.

Ideally located, between the picturesque and bustling Piraillan market on the Arcachon basin side and the ocean beaches in a quiet area, this spacious house offers many assets; a garden, many terraces, a petanque court and a swimming pool. Very nice holiday for three families with teenagers in Caroline's house which is in her image; welcoming, warm and full of charm. Thank you Caroline!

We had a short family stay in the accommodation. The house is great and very well-equipped. You can live there as if you were at home. Our hosts were very attentive, thank you to Nathalie for her availability and kindness. In short, go there with your so much as a second thought, you won't be disappointed.

We had a great time. The house is very well arranged and as advertised (swimming pool a little smaller than the photo shows). The location makes it very easy to get back to the beach and on foot. We would highly recommend!

As big fans of Lege Cap Ferret, we were delighted to discover Sophie’s place in Quartier Mimbeau. The house is centered around a spacious and luxurious living room with very high ceilings. Doors on two sides open into the terraces and garden, allowing an unrivalled feeling of openness. The garden itself is small, private and extremely beautiful. The kitchen is also small but very well equipped - we used it every day. The dishwasher was on the small side. For our family it was a big advantage that there is a private bungalow, containing one bedroom. Each bedroom has its own big en suite bathroom, which was a big plus. The beds are queen size. We especially enjoyed eating on the terrace in the back and doing yoga on the front terrace. Even though we would have loved an outdoor shower, there is a tap for cleaning sandy feet and wetsuits. We highly recommend Sophie’s Villa.

Lovely spot, house has a beautiful design, clear, open and cozy, with attention to little details and quality (including beds and linen), equipped with everything you need. Especially the kitchen is extremely well organized with a lot of space to cook together. The views from the upper floor are amazing - 360 views from inside to the outside green with nearly tropical feelings. You have one bed room upstairs with the views into the trees. The rooms downstairs are equally nice and relaxing surrounded by the garden,. The cooking in the house was my greatest pleasure in the evenings, with the last shafts of sunlight coming in, overseeing the garden, the pines and the green of the bamboo, hearing the ocean. We did not use so much the garden space where you have a separate terasse, seating area, a table for 10 or more, a grill. But we will next time! The area is very peaceful and quite while you get easily to the village by bike. Great support and advices from Emmanuelle during our stay.

Everything was perfect...and beyond our expectations. A thoughtful, welcoming and soothing house in which we were able to relax and spend an unforgettable Christmas Eve with the family. Only one desire now; the desire to be able to return there. Thanks to Mélanie for her kindness.

Sophie's home is nothing short of an oasis! Incredibly comfortable, clean, and well designed. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Beds were comfortable. Sophie was very informative and helpful during our stay, pointing out the local sites to see. The weather didn't co-operate, but it didn't matter because lounging in her living room was one of the highlights of our trip. Wonderful experience!

The property is as described. The swimming pool is beautiful. Great stay except for the TV not working. We'll be happy to go back!

Very friendly and very responsive host, she will advise you on activities, restaurants or others . The house is up to the listing, everything is of quality, from bedding to cutlery to bathrooms. Really very satisfied with the stay in this quiet and relaxing place. I highly recommend it.

Lucile's house is ideally located for family holidays. The house is very clean, well-equipped. We were able to enjoy the pool and our daughter loved the children's area located in the back of the house. We advise you to provide bicycles (several rental shops nearby) as many activities are accessible by bike (bike paths).
