House at the end of a cul-de-sac with parking. Very quiet area close to a leisure park:Tennis, Aqualand,Kid Park, acrobatics..., Lake La Madeleine, La Chêneraie Park and its canal. 1 km from the shops of La Hume and the train station. 2 km from the beach (possibility of paddle boarding and kite surfing). 2 km from shopping malls . I live in an adjoining F2. I'm retired, discreet. Attention: sheets, cases , towels are not provided. Housekeeping to do before leaving.
