Studio of 14 m² in the center of Soulac, close to the market, and 400 m from the central beach. The accommodation is new. Very small but functional, there is the essentials for a holiday stay. Comfortable king size sofa, 160cm, Linens and tea towels are provided but NOT the towels. WE DON 'T ACCEPT MORE BIKE TRAVELERS WHO WANT TO BRING THEM IN. we practice autonomous entrance and exit.

100 meters from the ocean, quiet pine trees, small typical house of 50 square meters comfortable and welcoming. All amenities in the village. Numerous bike paths. Covered market nearby. Fairground all summer long. The house is very quiet.. Baby chair. Umbrella bed. the house is "non-smoking ".
