Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in La Valette-du-Var

Easy to find and perfectly located near the marina, walkable to bars and restaurants. The underground parking is excellent as the area is very busy. The apartment is accessible by an elevator, so it is easy. The plaice is well equipped. The kitchen has all you need to cook, there's a grill on the balcony where we grilled steaks. Check-in was easy and checkout fine too, handing over the keys, etc. It's the location that makes it mainly. Central but quiet at night, the street outside didn't impact at all. Thanks.

NICOLAS and his staff are very responsive. virtual view and the information is very clear. less than a quarter of an hour walk for the fresh bread of the breakfast and access to the walk of the battery of Cape NEGRE.

Located in the heart of the old quarter, everything is on foot, the port, the shops, the small cobbled streets. The accommodation was absolutely impeccable and Audrey even provided us with two baby cribs for the children. Extremely responsive in her communication, we have no negative comments. The terrace, although it does not have an unobstructed view, remains highly appreciable.

We were greeted by Christophe who showed us and explained the apartment. Stephanie, unfortunately injured, I didn't meet her, but she was always available via WhatsApp sending me information and tips on the surroundings. Very nice apartment, cozy and well maintained. Full of all comforts (air conditioning, super equipped kitchen, beautiful terrace and comfortable beds) You can also use the washer and dryer. The area is super quiet, the sea is within walking distance and I recommend the walk on the coast (at least up to La Pointe Grenier) there are breathtaking views.

Two nights in a very pleasant setting, very exotic, quiet and close to the seaside , a real pleasure. Véronique's home is a little gem. Logout assured. We did not miss anything.

Catherine was the perfect host, lovely to chat to and super helpful, her apartment was enchanting, very French and equipped with everything you could possibly need, the outside area was particularly pretty with lots of seating under the canopy of an old olive tree. The area was pretty quiet and within walking distance of Seyne sur Mere town with it's harbour, bustling markets and coffee shops. The beautiful beaches of Sablettes, Verne and Fabregas all within walking distance or a short bus ride. The whole area was very clean with good public transport. Will definitely return.

Very pleasant welcome from Sylvie and great responsiveness from François by messages. Nice and well-equipped house. Comfortable bedding and very quiet environment: ideal for relaxing and enjoying total silence. Small downside: mosquitoes due to an arrival just after a heavy rainy episode: remember to take the mosquito racket! Quality books available and a garden much appreciated by the children. Recommended!

Great stay in a beautiful and very well-equipped house. Perfect for a family trip, even with a baby: baby bed, bath towels, everything was provided. The exterior is superb, with a hot tub. No complaints, everything was perfect. Thank you so much for the touches (Christmas decorations, tree)

Very responsive hosts and an efficient and flexible concierge. The accommodation is in a great location (less than 2mn walk from shops and the port) The apartment is very well thought out with a very large living room with large sofas and overlooking one of the garden very spacious and very well exposed. Parking is a real plus (beware of sports car or too low = the slope is steep ) In summary: A beautiful rental that makes you want to come back. The 2 slight avenues of progress: - A few small utensils are missing like real kitchen knives that cut. - The bed in the bedroom with the small bathroom is uncomfortable and this bathroom has a smell of humidity (I think it's related to the shower too small that splashes everywhere)

We had a lovely week at Thierry and Pasquale’s cozy apartment. In the 3rd week in August, to be so close to a beautiful, clean beach, that wasn’t too full, was a real treat, it’s less than a 3 min walk. The apartment has everything you need including plenty of soft towels and fresh linen to make your stay comfortable. We had dinner on the private balcony quite a few times with a gorgeous view of the park, trees & port in the distance, and there was a little supermarket, bakery & a few restaurants just 5 minutes away. Also within easy walking distance was the busy port which had lots of restaurants to choose from. I would recommend anyone to stay here if you are looking for a peaceful beach holiday with everything close to the apartment. One extra thing that gave me joy were all the lovely plants and gardens of the apartment complex, so well maintained and pretty. Thank you Thierry & Pasquale for a wonderful week.

We had an exceptional stay! The apartment is even better than in the photos: clean, spacious and very well decorated. The bedding is comfortable, the kitchen perfectly equipped, and the views are stunning. The location is ideal, close to everything and in a quiet area. Jean Luc is a wonderful host, very welcoming and responsive.

Accommodation within the Pierre et Vacances residence, very pleasant and very well-equipped. Jean-Daniel is very responsive. Note that there are 2 bathrooms with toilets, which was not explicitly described, a nice surprise! Beach 2 steps away with sun loungers, beautiful small private pool in the subdivision Very quiet. (I specify that we were there at the end of October, with magical weather for the season) Hyeres, the Giens peninsula and the islands to visit are magical but I prefer them in low season, in summer it must be very complicated (traffic jams I imagine), so bring your bikes!
