Apartamento con unas vistas increíbles. Estaba increíblemente limpio. Mejor de lo que esperábamos, hemos estado muy agusto. No tenemos ninguna queja. Es más, Svitlana fue muy amable y nos indicó donde estaba todo muy amablemente. La verdad que se agradecimos el trato con ella porque fue muy personal.

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Juan's place is amazing. The area itself is quiet and relaxing, and there's a very nice gym 15 minutes walk from the apartment. There's some very good restaurants around the corner too - Juan was very responsive and answered our questions immediately. The technology and equipment in the apartment is very modern, which is a nice touch. It really felt like we were the first to stay in this place, it was so clean

La estancia en la casa ha sido espectacular, como en casa. Una vez más el alojamiento de Óscar ha sido de 10. Fácil comunicación, la casa con todo lo necesario, todo súper limpio y buena ubicación. Volveremos a repetir seguro.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Maria. l'appartement est très bien situé avec une jolie vue sur la mer. Il est fidèle à la description faite sur l'annonce et bien équipé. L'endroit est calme également, nous avons très bien dormi. Le wifi fonctionne particulièrement bien. La communication avec Maria était très facile. Toujours disponible, nous sommes arrivés tard et tout était bien expliqué pour que nous trouvions facilement l'appartement. Elle était aussi reactive pendant le séjour quand nous avions besoin. Nous remercions chaleureusement Maria et espérons revenir quand nous le pourrons. Merci également pour le kit de bienvenu avec de très bons fruits locaux et autres !

Fantastic location, views of MarMenor were amazing. We did know the area & had visited San Pedro many times so were very happy to while away hours reading & looking at the fabulous views. Apartment had everything that was needed to have a very relaxing holiday with a massive choice of bars& restaurants on the doorstep .

Lourdes’ place is so nice and has everything you need and more. There’s wasn’t a single thing that was missing and everything was so clear and easy to find. My Gran lives in the area but her place couldn’t accommodate us due to the size and this was the perfect find! There’s no hesitation where I’m staying when I come back, thank you!

El apartamento esta muy bien, prolijo, con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Nos dejaron muy lindos detalles como un vinito, agua, cookies, cafecito. La vista del apartamento es impresionante, mi lugar favorito era en el sillón al lado de la ventana. El color del agua. La tranquilidad. Fuimos en marzo, asique habia muy poca gente. A 500 metros habia lugares para comer y supermercados. No nos queriamos ir.

I stayed at this place with my husband and two young sons. It was perfect for our family with lots of space but also lots of places to be together as well. Property was amazing, really comfortable and provided everything we needed for the week. The pool area was lovely and clean. The beach, supermarket, local restaurants and bars were all within walking distance. Perfect holiday and lovely place to have a family holiday away from the hustle and bustle of a hotel experience. The service provided by Andrew and his team was excellent, they kept in contact with me before the holiday and responded to my messages when needed while we were there. We would highly recommend this holiday home and hope to return again in the future.

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

Als wir ankamen, regnete es und es war kalt. Wir konnten aber die Unterkunft gut aufheizen. Es regnete die nächsten 3 Wochen weiterhin sehr oft, es war kalt und stürmisch. Trotzdem konnten wir uns in der Unterkunft gut aufhalten - immer mit Blick auf den schönen Pool und die Umgebung. Nachbarn reinigten sogar vom Winde angewehte Gegenstände von der Quartierstrasse. Ich musste remote arbeiten. Es passte also. Zu Fuss einkaufen gehen, war schön, interessant und sauber und es hat freundliche Nachbarn. Diese 5 Wochen waren sehr erholsam. L'hôte nous a très bien accueilli et nous attendait devant le logement pour nous faire la visite de l'appartement et du garage en sous-sol. Tout le confort de l'appartement (chambre confortable, linge de salle de bain, équipement cuisine, mobilier de jardin pour la terrasse sur toit....) était très bien. Great place. Great location. Perfect for us as a family of four with a 12 year old girl and 15 year old boy. Pool was pristine and visited by maintenance once during our 7 day stay. The cover on the pool made a huge difference to keeping it heated and being able to use it every day. Ashley was consistent, enthusiastic and friendly in all communication. Many restaurants and eateries within walking distance and Pharmacy and Lidle were especially useful as within walking distance or 2 minute drive (Pharmacy staff were particularly helpful and friendly). The heating in the house was very efficient and a great relief from the cold February evenings. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would consider booking again in the near future!

Dit appartement heeft alles en je voelt je er snel thuis. Voldoende openbare parkeerplaatsen aan de overkant van de weg en ook voldoende (open) restaurants op loopafstand begin maart. Er ligt een strand direct naast het appartement en de boulevard van Torrevieja ligt op ongeveer 25 minuten lopen. Er zijn genoeg supermarkten in de buurt (auto) en op Zenia Boulevard kun je gezellig winkelen. Hiva is echt een super host, reageert direct en is heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Nydelig beliggende leilighet, sørvendt med sol på terrassen hele dagen. Gangavstand til nydelige strender, hyggelige verter.

Amazing holiday in your apartment, so we'll equip and homely. Loved that we didn't have to buy oil for cooking or soaps and cleaning equipment. Bed linen and towels were super clean and it was great that there were extras. Would highly recommend. Thank you again, I hope everything is in order.

Apartamento bonito y acogedor a menos de 10 minutos de la playa. Muy bien equipado, zona tranquila con aparcamiento gratuito. Tewfik ha sido muy disponible y nos ha dado todas las informaciones que necesitábamos. Precio super. Muy recomendable.

A lovely apartment which has everything you need and is really modern inside. The location is perfect with the beach and restaurants just outside the front entrance and the easy access to supermarkets and bars. The apartment has a lovely view of the marina from one of the balconies and Ann has included some beach umbrellas and mats for a relaxing day on the beach. Ann communicates well and ensured we had a great stay.

No tengo ni un pero, simplemente la estancia ha sido perfecta. La casa es increíble y tiene todo lo que necesitas. Estaría encantado de repetir.

We had an amazing holiday. Could not been better and we would love to rent the house again. We were 3 generations together and all of us had a great time. Will recommend the villa and JK Villa Rentals highly.

Sehr schöne geräumige Wohnung mit viel Platz und guter Ausstattung. Wunderschöne Aussicht aus allen Zimmern, 2 Gehminuten zum Strand. Ana ist eine sehr nette und freundliche Person. Sie hat immer schell auf die Nachrichten reagiert. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft von Ana.
