Mikhail’s place was lovely, clean and very peaceful great swimming pool would definitely stay again.

We had a pleasant stay. The advertisement is exactly as reality. We were greeted by Yvette, very friendly and understanding following our late arrival. We ate several times at the Che Loco restaurant which I recommend, quality, welcome and very good atmosphere accessible at 800m. Thanks to Kevin and Yvette.

We are known in this area and were looking for a house with privacy and quiet area. The two of us were welcomed by a large villa with huge garden. Fully enclosed with a large enclosed driveway. The clean modern kitchen was complete and what a great view. The spacious swimming pool was still a bit cold in mid-April but with a little sun paw. Recommended for people who love peace and quiet but walking within 10 minutes in a cozy city center with restaurants and shops. A car is an advice. In short, a vacation address that we have in our agenda.

We had a beautiful stay at this villa. A truly perfect family holiday with so many memories made here. The location is 10/10 just a few mim walk to the main Quesada town, lots of restaurants and shops. The villa is on a huge plot with a large size pool and lovely social seating areas. The villa itself is immaculately clean with all the items and condiments you need. Service from host was excellent and we will definitely return next year - thank you 😃

Our family had a great time in this amazing villa! Check-in was easy with Sergio meeting us there and showing us around. He was also very helpful and responsive with anything we wanted to ask during our stay. The villa was very clean and luxurious with comfortable beds. Bedding and towels provided and lovely furniture throughout the whole building. Plenty of comfy seating outdoors too. The street and neighbourhood were very quiet and the views from the villa towards the mountains were incredible! The pool is massive and being heated was so nice to use. We had an issue with the heater but it was sorted out quickly. The villa had heaters/AC which was great just to take the chill off the evenings. The smart TV was useful with apps providing plenty of choice for our family to watch TV when we were chilling out. Perfectly located as it's close to restaurants, supermarkets, parks, shops etc but out the way enough to feel tranquil. We really hope to be back soon as it's an incredible place!

The accommodation, the communication, the location, the facilities everything was absolutely TOP!!!! We felt right at home and if we had any questions, a contact person was immediately on site. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and spacious. In the garage there were lots of toys for smaller children as well as pool equipment such as air mattresses, diving aids and even swimming rings for older children and babies. The pool was cleaned by an external company and the fully automatic sprinkler system meant that we didn't have to worry about anything. Shops and restaurants were just a few minutes' walk away. All in all, it was a successful vacation that was unfortunately over far too quickly. Dear Anna, thank you for allowing us to enjoy your accommodation. Amazing stay in the villa! The place is amazing and very well equipped with stunning roof top dinning area! The heated swimming pool is the biggest plus for anyone travelling with children outside of the hot season - we were enjoying daily swims with our little children at the beginning of April!

Pristine, super clean villa, very well stocked with plenty of crockery, cooking utensils and appliances. Staple grocery items (salt, pepper, herbs, spices, olive oil, balsamic vinegar etc) very useful, 10ltr of bottle water and extra appliance such as coffee maker (with capsules). kettle etc were wonderful. The roof top solarium was a real bonus and vital as we visited in October and there was no sun on the pool all day. The only issue we had was that the internet was not working when we arrived but Natalia and Oleg were very responsive and fixed it the next morning. Beds were too hard for our taste. Good internet connectivity and we were able to log on to Netflix and Amazon accounts for TV. Great location for 5min drive to supermarkets and restaurants. There's quite a lot of building projects in the area but not too noisy.

My family and I had a lovely stay at the villa. The garden was lovely and the kids loved the pool. The villa was very clean and tidy. Our host was very flexible and helpful and check-in and check-out was very easy. We would definitely recommend this place.

Raul was lovely, friendly and helpful it seemed like nothing was too much trouble for him. The house is spacious, quiet and comfortable. The neighbourhood felt safe and there was a community children's play area in the square at the front of the house with play equipment. The TV has most of the channels available in the UK which was good for the very rainy days we had during our stay. The broadband is fast. It's possible to walk to the local shops on Ave. Sandoval where there is a small Spar shop amongst others. The promenade and beach are at the end of Sandoval which takes about 20 minutes on foot. There is a LIDL, an Aldi and a Mercadona a short 5 minute drive away. We used La Pizza in Santiago de la Ribera a couple of times and their delivery service is quick, cheap and reliable. The pizzas are excellent and very reasonably priced. I would recommend Raul's place to friends and family.

Together with 3 friends, I stayed in Sylvia's beautiful, cozy house. We had a really lovely time! The house has every comfort, clean, tidy and cozy. The beds are very good. We found the spacious, sunny garden with sunbeds to be a big advantage. It is also very nice that you walk into the village of San Miguel in no time; the supermarket, bakery and various cozy restaurants are within walking distance. The beach and shopping center are easy to drive to. In addition, the apartment is well insulated, we were not bothered by noise from the neighbors or from the outside. The communication with Sylvia has also been very pleasant. We recommend this holiday home to everyone!

We love staying here and have done several times now. The house is always clean with a pleasure to communicate with the host, thanks for having us!

Thank you Carmela and Berend for a beautiful place to stay. After a long day sight seeing it was great to come back to a beautiful tranquil house and area to relax. Communication with the hosts was excellent. The house was spotlessly clean from top to bottom. There was even an iron, ironing board, hairdryer and straighteners available. Thanks again. Due to an issue with a previous accommodation we had to find something else. Christian was very accommodating and helped us out with the transition. The place is stunning and has everything you can wish for. The beach and some restaurants are in walkable distance, but a car is still beneficial to explore the wider area. Altogether we really enjoyed our stay and can certainly recommend it.

Lovely accommodation and decor really recommend!

Grazyna was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful. The property was lovely, well kept and had everything we could need. The location was perfect for us and the road was quiet and had no through traffic. The only thing to note is if you have young children like us the upstairs (main bedroom) is completely separate from the downstairs apartment, only accessible through an outer stairwell with main doors that need keys to open them (inside and out) between the spaces. This wasn’t really practical for us as our children were 2 and 12 weeks. If you have older children it would be fine. This was mentioned in the listing but I hadn’t fully understood how separate it was. This is the only reason I wouldn’t rebook. Otherwise the stay was perfect and we felt very much at home in the house. Highly recommend for anyone who this set up would work for but feel it may need to highlighted a little better in the listing or to those who have booked once the mention of small children is made.

One of the better homes in the area like not the best! I recommend it with a pure heart for those looking for peace and relaxation!

We had a wonderful stay at Jukka’s gorgeous villa. It had everything needed for our stay. Toiletries, suncream etc were available if needed. Washing machine powder & dishwasher tabs were provided. Jukka had stocked the fridge with drinks for our arrival, which was most welcome. The villa is spacious, rooms and bathrooms are lovely & the garden and heated pool are fabulous & get the sun all day. Jukka’s communication was excellent, always responding quickly to queries. Jukka went above and beyond to accommodate our request for a study area for my son. He added a desk to my son’s room and re-arranged the beds to make the best use of the space. Excellent wifi allowed my son to acess online classes. A car is needed for a stay at this villa as restaurants, beaches etc are all a drive away. There is a clubhouse with an Italian restaurant and a minimart within the golf & country club. Jukka provided some excellent restaurant recommendations, which we made use of. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great week at this place. Ilona answered my questions very quickly and helped us. He left in the house 2 bottles of wine and water for us, very good detail. We would undoubtedly repeat

Ana was an amazing host. We were greeted with a warm welcome and was always available to answer our questions. His kindness made us feel at home, the place was comfortable and had everything needed. The only thing to improve would be the heat upstairs, especially during the evenings. Thank you very much ana!

The place homely, easy to find, walking distance to restaurants, shops. The place is welcoming and homely. Beds are comfortable. Louise is easy reached reply straight away when asks something, Karen is lovely and very helpful too. I would highly recommend this place and definitely stay here again. Great stay...
