Angeliki and Harry were fantastic hosts ! so helpful in mores way than one , the place is beautiful everything you need and they made sure we had some milk and food on arrival which was so helpful and recommended a lovely restaurant within walking distance great food called Taverna Perihlis lovely staff so caring , we also did parasailing with some very nice guys literally on the beech at bottom of villa everything you need we also hired a car to explore and did some snorkeling in the gorgeous coves nearby and when leaving host met us to say goodbye very caring definitely be back .

When we arrived at the property, we found snacks and food. There were not only towels for showering for everyone, but also bath towels for the swimming pool. It was all exactly as described and the holiday was great.

Super villa, much more stylish than photos suggest. Pool and grounds kept super clean and well maintained. Perfect for a large or extended family group but be prepared to walk further and longer to get to Lindos. But there is a bus. Lindos is very pretty but can be hectic early evening so villa provided perfect retreat as it is a short 3 minute drive from the town. Note that its location means that the pool doesn’t get the evening sun. But overall a lovely villa with everything you need and good aircon in all the right rooms.

Afandou is a a hidden gem, with a large beach with activities at either end and the middle is left for you to enjoy either on a sun bed you rent or bring your own. There are a couple of beach cafes to get refreshments and food and a great Taverna for the evening. Charlotte is a brilliant host, her recommendations were spot on and I would suggest you go with her rental car company suggestion. They were very helpful and we managed to get a car the next day for the duration of our holiday. Charlotte was welcoming and checked in on us both on arrival and during the stay. Her home is exactly that, a home, as soon as you drop your case in the door you feel relaxed and know you will enjoy your stay. The beach is a 5 min walk from the villa. The welcome pack was great so you had the basics until you were settled in and ready to explore. I would say that a car is needed only if you want to explore the island.

It was a very pleasant stay! We’ve enyoyed the villa and the environment a lot. Would do it all over again.

31st Aug-14th Sept 24 A fantastic fortnight spent with our two adult sons and their girlfriends. The villa was perfect and had everything we needed. After a long day travelling with delays the bread, fruit and wine was a welcome gesture. I accidentally locked the safe without sorting a code so we informed the owner who came within the hour to sort it out for us. The couple who maintained the lovely garden, pool and cleaning were very pleasant and helpful. The pool was an absolute must because of the beautiful weather and we spent many hours having fun and cooling off. The steps to the pool were a little slippery so it was best to slide in from the side. The bedrooms were a lovely size and the balconies were a welcome bonus with beautiful views. The bathrooms were roomy with rainfall showers and the water was always hot. We used the outdoor kitchen a number of times and sat outside to eat on a regular basis. Overall a fantastic place to stay

The villa is beautiful, very well cared for and very clean. The location on the edge of this splendid wild beach as far as the eye can see is simply idyllic with, moreover, private deckchairs available. A fantastic stay managed by a hyper professional team... What happiness!

Stayed for 5 nights, lovely view and house in general. The host was very responsive and organised transport to and from the airport. 5 stars all round.

Perfect week soaking in the beautiful sea views and sunrises. Panos’s place is ideal for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. The villa had everything we needed and more. Panos had left us a lovely welcome hamper of snacks for when we arrived. And was in touch throughout our stay to make sure everything was ok. Being just on the outskirts of Lindos meant we were away from the hustle and bustle of Lindos, but only a five minute taxi or bus ride away. Having a car is ideal, but we managed without one. Panos has a local taxi number (tell them you are opposite Lindos Athena Villa, near Lindos Mare Hotel). I already miss waking up to the view from the bay window of the sun rising with a cuppa. Thanks Panos, our stay here was just what we needed!

This villa was even better than the photos. The house was amazing and the outside space was incredible. Pool was amazing, great temperature, pickleball court was great fun. There was even an outdoor TV with shaded seating, this was perfect for us to watch some football. The pool house has a fridge which was a lovely touch. All bedrooms and bathrooms were finished to a great standard. We were treated like family and the villa felt like our amazing home the holiday. Location is great, a short walk into town or to the beach, or to the dock to catch a boat to Rhodes Town

Vety private location with an incredible view and spacious facilities!

Fantastic villa on the outskirts of Pefkos. Really spacious - we were a family of 5 with the youngest being 16 and there was plenty of room, ample seating and facilities so you didn’t feel at all crowded. The villa was clean and the flexible check-in was appreciated. Despina was very responsive to any messages sent and Vasili was friendly but unobtrusive. 5 minute flat walk to a really good restaurant and 15-20minute flat walk into the centre of Pefkos. We had a car to explore the island but the bus service along in front of the villa seemed regular. Highly recommend, we had a fabulous holiday.

We had an amazing autumn holiday (mid October) in this beautiful house. Everything was as described, maybe even better. The house is spacious and aesthetically decorated. Great outdoor area with lots of space. The pool and surrounding area was super nice, but the fairly cold water in the pool made our swims short. We mostly went on trips out of Kolymbia, as there are so many beautiful beaches and views close by. Kolymbia in itself didn’t offer a lot of experiences. The communication with Panayotis and his associate, Elias, was great all along. We arrived fairly late in the evening but were guided to the house and greeted by arrival. We definitely recommend staying here!

Wonderful 10 days in the middle of nature... The house is secluded and the first neighbors are more than 500m away Perfect for grilling and evenings on the terrace. The swimming pool is not recommended with small children. Otherwise, just perfect 👌👌👌

Very grateful for the service that Savvas provided, also a big thanks to his parents who brought us around the first day because we did not booked a rental car yet.. amazing experience and the bests hosts someone can wish for!!! Amazing accommodation, keep on going like this, if it was possible to rate more stars i would, really recommend this place and host!

What can we say, from the moment we arrived and saw the villa all lit up, we knew we’d made the right choice for ourselves and wedding guests. The villa was absolutely spotless, the fridges already well stocked with drinks and essentials and absolutely everything we needed. The communication with Micheal was clear and precise. We had a few requests prior to us arriving, extra shopping, taxi for a surprise guest, flowers for some guests celebrating their wedding anniversary and Micheal was amazing in arranging everything. We had asked if we could hold our wedding ceremony at the villa, again this wasn’t an issue. The couple of occasions we needed to call for assistance, Micheal answered the phone immediately and was able to answer our questions. We were also lucky enough to meet Maria and Iannis as we were leaving who were absolutely delightful. We already want to return. Thank you to all 3 of you from a very happy married couple and our guests.

I would give this 6 stars if I could. We had the most amazing time as a group of six girls, couldn’t recommend this place and this host more! The rooms were very generous in size with a gorgeous pool and plenty of eating and sunbathing spaces. There were drinks and nibbles waiting for us when we arrived and the place was spotless! The host was incredible and made our stay all the more seamless. She booked our transfers to and from the airport, provided plenty of local recommendations and sorted a taxi for us to Rhodes old town. And she even allowed late check out on request due to our flight being later in the day. Perfect for a group of six looking for a fun and relaxing villa that is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach! Great location with a shop and restaurants close by.

We had a lovely stay in the Sunny Rhodes Villa. It is a very nice modern villa with a large well fitted kitchen and living area. Very comfortable bedrooms all air conditioned. The pool area is sunny but with a shaded area at the bottom of the garden with mature trees which provide shade in the heat of day if required. George is a great host responding to all our enquires prior to our arrival within minutes. He provided a very generous welcome hamper. He dealt with any issues no matter however minor very promptly. We could not fault the villa or our host.
