Prepare meals in an inviting kitchen w/coffee & the cookware necessary to accommodate your needs. Both bdrms have queen size mattresses. No parties, events, pets or hosting other people are allowed.

Enjoy our updated home (built from 1906-1912) in F. L. Olmsted's historic Parkside neighborhood, a beautifully landscaped oasis of grand homes in the heart of Buffalo. Tour Frank Lloyd Wright's Martin House (just down the block!), Delaware Park and the Bflo Zoological Gardens or shop&dine all within a 2 block walk. Your private entrance suite has 2 bedrooms, a sitting area/breakfast bar, and a luxury bathroom. Location is convenient to all area attractions and full of architectural treasures!

Charming Neighborhood Retreat

This suite is the entire second floor of our home. Three bedrooms, one has an adjoining door to a larger room, box car style. Private, full bath plus 1/2 bath, kitchenette - microwave, small refrigerator. Main entrance is shared with owners (classical musicians) who live downstairs. Within walking distance: restaurants, bakeries, and 10 minutes from UB campuses and airport. Quiet neighborhood, sorry no parties. We do charge $10 per additional person so we can keep our cleaning fees lower!

Apartment is in the Columbus district, safe, fun and centrally located area of downtown Buffalo, close walking distance to restaurants, bar, theaters, canal side. Parking available, Easy access to I190 and route 33 expressways. In minutes you are out of the city. My place offers a bedroom for one guest or a couple and a sofa-bed in L R ( pls specify if needed ) TV in living room and guest's room with access to Netflix and Amazon. kitchen space includes dish washer, coffee maker, toaster etc.

Luxury Village Farmhouse

Welcome to our charming, old (but newly renovated!) Orchard Park Village Farmhouse! Large, but cozy, living and dining spaces and a huge kitchen with all the amenities. We have 2 large bedrooms, each is a "master suite" with bathroom and walk-in closets. In one bedroom, the king bed can be converted to 2 twins, if required. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. We're a short 1/4 mile walk to all the village shops, restaurants and coffee shops. 2 off-street parking spaces, wifi, AC, and laundry.

More than just a room! Separate entrance. Quiet private 3 room suite. Large BR queen bed. Rocker, Loveseat, 2nd room w fridge, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig , utensils,etc, coffee & drinks. PLEASE NOTE: during possible snow weather, the driveway is contracted to be plowed but walkway will need to be cleared by the bnb guest. Shovels will be available. Down town Buffalo, Entire house

This House consist of a classic downtown Buffalo Double/duplex, it stretching over three floors with internal access to each apartment. This is why you will have two kitchens, three living rooms, seven bedrooms and 2.5 baths. 4 balconies, 2 gass grills. The basement is primarily our use, and it's a separate side entrance. There is a studio in the basement that I on occasion use. The only shared space would be if you want access to the washer and dryer, upon request for longer stays.
