House holiday rentals in Lafourche Parish

My family travels to New Orleans quite frequently, and this is one of the top AirBNBs at which we have stayed. It was spacious and appeared just like the pictures on the website. It is in a great area of town, in walking distance to shopping and restaurants. It is also very close to two grocery stores. The pool was a nice addition and perfect for our 6 yo son. Michael and Marcia were communicative and we were appreciative that they let us check in early on our day of arrival. Would highly recommend a stay here.

If you are lookin for a quiet and kid friendly place to stay this is it. My kids truly loved the stay we wanted to stay another night, but we will book again while we visit family.

Great home just as pictured. Nice quiet neighborhood. Close to attractions and restaurants. About 15-20 minutes drive to French quarter with traffic.

The stay was more than adequate for our needs. Plenty of room and a peaceful location. Overall it was a good experience and would recommend to anyone.

I had a great stay! Deborah was a lovely host and the house was very nice. The house was well stocked with everything you could need, the beds were comfortable, and the AC kept the house nice and cool. The location can't be beat: just a few blocks from Magazine street with plenty of restaurants and bars, as well as a supermarket. I would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at this property. It was well provisioned and clean with nice finishes. Plenty of space for 10 guests and a comfortable common area to gather. The property management team got us set up with a booster seat and pack and play for our toddler, which made our trip so much easier! They were also responsive and quick to deal with a maintenance issue that was identified during our stay. The area is residential/industrial (close to a railway) but you are just a short walk from the action on Magazine St. We were very happy to have found this property and would stay here again on a future trip. We had a great stay at Joe’s place. Clean and well stocked. Nice big yard on the canal, with a small dock and a landing. Joe was very easy to communicate with and had a tasty gumbo waiting in the fridge for us when we arrived. Fun place to bring my son and a friend for a weekend getaway.

My family stayed at Augusto's place while we were in town visiting family. It was exactly how it looked in the pictures, and it served as a great home base for us. We had plenty of room, and more than enough beds for everyone. Everyone's bed was comfortable. Everything was incredibly clean. The back patio and the living room were very comfortable for hanging out. I was hoping we would get to use the pool, or maybe barbecue, but the weather turned cold and stormy, so we missed out on that. Maybe we'll get to do that next time we come into town.

We enjoyed our stay, and loved the location. The home was accommodating to our large group. Would love to come back one day

Our whole family enjoyed staying at Kirk's house. The fenced in backyard was perfect for the children. The house was well equipped and there is a grocery store just down the road-great for picking up snacks and drinks. Everyone was impressed with the house-it is beautiful. We had a great stay.

We booked this place very last minute after multiple problems at our hotel check in. It was the best decision-this place is great!! We’re traveling as a family with teenagers, and they love it as well. It is super clean, the space is cool, and there are thoughtful touches and amenities everywhere. We love the vibe here, and the quiet neighborhood. It’s our first time to New Orleans and we already can’t wait to return and would absolutely stay here again. The hosts are wonderful-fast communication and helpful info provided the whole way. We are so grateful to have found this place-especially last minute-and would highly recommend anyone to book here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sophie's home as it comfortably accommodated our group of 11. The location is roughly 15-20 minutes away from all of the major hot spots in NOLA but had the benefit of being in a private/quiet suburban neighborhood. The seafood spot around the corner from the listing was delicious and had great deals for our large group. Sophie was extremely communicative ahead of our trip and helped answer a number of questions for me to make sure we were prepared. Easy check-in/check-out process and overall a great experience. Highly recommend!

Our stay was very enjoyable! The house matched the description perfectly. We appreciated the convenience of being within walking distance to various restaurants and bars. It was also a quick and easy Uber ride to the French Quarter, making it a great location. We look forward to returning in the future!

Nice place to stay for a few nights. A Lot of space, big living room/kitchen area, & back patio. We had a couple uncontrollable issues come up during the visit, but Timothy was very responsive and sent someone out in 24 hours to check into them which we were thankful for.

We spent most of our time enjoying New Orleans, but the house was very comfortable, well cared for, and charming. The hosts provided clear instructions and were responsive to inquiries. We’ll definitely look for this place when we visit New Orleans again.

This large, lovely home with all it’s amenities, was just as described and photos were accurate. They even decorated it for Mardi Gras and welcomed us with a delicious King Cake and treats. Hosts went above and beyond with responsiveness and meeting any need. He even went and bought us a new blender within minutes of telling him it wasn’t working. It was more than enough private spaces for our group of 7 adults as well as large living room to gather. Mattresses and pillows were super comfortable in every bedroom, including daybed and trundle beds. Large master bath had 2 showers and a jacuzzi tub. Lots of nice towels. Plenty of space in the kitchen and places to sit and eat or visit. Quiet area in a cul-de-sac with lots of space outside including a great views out the front from the large kitchen and views of the open backyard and the bayou right out back. Lots of parking for cars in the private driveway. We had three and could have fit even more. We would certainly stay there again!

This house was perfect for our bachelorette trip of 7. There’s plenty of room but easy to be around your friends the whole time since the rooms are adjoining. The beds and pillows were incredible, everything was pristine. An easy 15 minute drive to the French quarter but really close to magazine street which has lots of food and shopping. There’s also a really great grocery store across the street which was super convenient. I would absolutely stay here again!

From start to finish Jenny and David were outstanding hosts, very friendly, responsive, and flexible when I thought I might need to change our dates due to an injury. Their home is really lovely, beautifully furnished, spacious, and light. And outstanding for visitors to New Orleans since it’s in a shotgun design traditional to New Orleans. The area is in a quiet, lovely neighborhood yet very close to Magazine street restaurants and stores and the bus line into downtown. Also an easy walk to the streetcar. Just fabulous!

I’m so happy with this airbnb! A cute house that was clean and quiet. The beds were super comfortable. We felt safe in the neighborhood and went on walks to the nearby coffee shop. It also was an easy uber ride to all the central locations! The hosts were extremely helpful and communicative. Definitely recommend!

Large house, great back yard, convenient location. Plenty of space and amenities to support a large family.

Very nice home and am planning on booking again. Very clean, comfortable and easy to get to. Easy access to everything in New Orleans and surrounding areas. Well worth staying here!
