We had a wonderful stay in this apartment with our two adult children. The location was excellent and had so many wonderful restaurants in the local area. It was very close to many wonderful sites, and the description matched perfectly with what we saw. We would highly recommend this place. It was also wonderful to have a break from the restaurants, and buy some local cheese, ham and bread and enjoy it in the apartment (especially with the lovely bottle of Prosecco that was a welcome gift) . We felt very much at home. Thank you so much for letting us stay.

A lovely apartment in perfect surroundings. Close to cafes and restaurants, as well as public transportation. It's good that the windows are so soundproof, as there is noise from people on the street, but that's part of staying in the city center. Lots of life and good vibes. Worth a visit.

The accommodation was Lyon, clean, spacious and next to transport. We were in a great location to explore Paris. Thanks for renting!

This apartment was perfect for my husband and I to visit and stay in a great neighborhood! The check in and departure was flexible and easy and everything we needed was right there. I hope to stay here again!

The apartment is very quiet and spacious , the bedding is good , the welcome is warm . Very convenient for its proximity to Bercy and Lyon train stations. i highly recommend it .

Coco's place was everything we hoped it would be for our very first time staying in Paris. We could not have asked for a better location right in the heart of Montmartre. It was quiet when it needed to be, and if we wanted we could open the windows and listen to the wonderful sounds of the city while the smell of freshly baked bread from the corner boulangerie wafted up towards us. Honestly, it all felt a bit magical, and we were sad to leave. Coco was a very responsive host and patiently answered all our questions and addressed any concerns. The next time we venture to Paris, I hope we will be able to stay here again!

Our family of 4 from the UK stayed with Francoise for 4 nights. We booked here so we were close to euro Disney and it really is only the 8 minutes away as advertised which was just perfect 👌🏻 We took an Uber there and back both days which cost between 12-15 euros each way which I think is around the same as parking charges and so much easier and they are always only minutes away 😊 The property is absolutely beautiful especially the garden area 😍 It was big enough for the 4 of us with everything we needed, WiFi for the teenager lol and access to Netflix and YouTube on the tv which was great for us to relax on a night . The kids loved the pool and it is kept so clean 💗 Francoise made us feel so welcome, we felt like we were staying with a family friend 💗 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- would definitely recommend

My mom and I travelled to Paris for the first time and stumbled upon this listing, drawn in by the photos. It was a beautiful and perfect stay! It was easy to locate and in a safe location. The metro was right around the corner and Gillian included detailed instructions, as well as a list of his recommendations. We had a blast exploring and felt great going back to this cozy place. We would absolutely stay here again

It was not difficult to find the location of the house, the approach to the metro is a ten-minute walk. When we first entered the house, we encountered a cold house. We were concerned about staying with our kids, thankfully at the end of the first day the heating appliances warmed the house enough. A milder house could have been prepared. The house was clean and well-maintained, the vacuum cleaner was problematic, so we had a hard time cleaning the house. But there were hosts involved enough to resolve this issue as well. I was pleased that we preferred it.

Great place away from all the tourists but close enough to get to all the sights of Paris by metro and bus. Plenty of good restaurants and small grocery stores in the neighbourhood. The apartment is quite spacious by Paris standards and has a large very well equipped kitchen. The apartment was clean and uncluttered and we felt very comfortable and slept very well in the large bed and quiet surroundings. Olivier was always quick to respond and always very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this apartment for a stay in amazing Paris.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the location was perfect for those who enjoy walking—everything was within easy reach. The amenities were well-stocked, and the decor was simply breathtaking, making the space feel warm and inviting. The host was responsive (although with a slight delay), but their helpfulness and clear instructions made everything seamless. A standout feature was the option to store luggage before check-in and after checkout, which added so much convenience to our trip. The apartment exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend staying here, but future guests might want to bring extra towels and slippers for added comfort. Thank you for a wonderful experience I would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay over new years at this stunning spot! Our host Florence was so amazing and greeted us when we arrived and answered any questions we had over our stay! Her home is so beautiful and filled with books and was located in such a fun and walkable area with so many amazing restaurants and cafes around the corner! We will absolutely book this spot in the future when we visit Paris and would highly recommend it to anyone!!!!

Lovely stay here, the location is great right next to disney however if you plan to go into paris it’s a bit further out but lots of public transport available! It is next to some nice restaurants and a big shopping centre with a sea life centre. Easy check in for a late arrival with a pick up spot right next to the apartment!

Loved the attention to details in the sense that anything you would need or cross your mind you would find it..and that was the outstanding part.. location is great next to some resto amd a metro station.. walking distance from galerie la fayette..there is pharacie and a shop if you need anything..
