Hosts live next door, extremely attentive and helpful. Pool was cleaned every day. Everything we need were promptly served with dedication and kindness. Casa perfectly matches the description. For a locality such as Laranjal/Pelotas, the value is high but this is a matter of market. We will return and recommend.

The house is lovely, ideal for relaxation. I had everything posted in the listing. And Cristina is a charm, always friendly. I recommend Magic House and Cristine as a host. Thank you very much for everything!! 😄🙌🙌

The house exceeded our expectations, with new utensils, “new” furniture, all well cared for! The lawn of the courtyard is beautiful, to walk barefoot along the entire courtyard… everything really came out as we expected. The swimming pool installed in a strategic location leaves the warm water at night due to sunbathing all day… the barbecue is great, not counting the location that is a few meters from the beach, which makes it easy for those who want to go on foot. We were welcomed by João and Denise. We'll be back!

We had a great time as a family. Quiet, comfortable place . The house is very comfortable and clean with all amenities . The pool is very clean and the surroundings are very good . An excellent host . 👏🏻

The house is very convenient and spacious. They have everything you need to have a good time. We enjoyed the BBQ and the pool as well. The beach is close by. It is a bit further away from the pedestrian but we did come well because we didn't want to be in the noise. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful place, clean, safe. I was very well received the house was with a wonderful perfume, quiet quiet place, good neighborhood. It's all close by, bakery, pharmacy, restaurant. A dona um amor, polite, solicitous, everything was perfect

Martin's house, it is very cozy, it has all the comforts for a vacation stay, beach accessories, very comfortable mattresses, bedding, washing machine. The kitchen has everything you need, even brochet sticks haha..the shower has incredible pressure..they are massages after the beach and with a gold brooch the nearby Domy supermarket with very good meat to make a roast in Martin's Deck, in contact with nature and the outdoors.. Martin very attentive with the consultations. Recommended for a group of friends or family.

Great location on the beach, blocks from town. Modern, comfortable house with full kitchen, upper floor deck, patio with table, chairs and large BBQ. Excellent. Only issue was spotty internet at times.

I will be back 100 times over! Wow this place is amazing. WE used the Parilla, enjoyed the garden strolled to the beach and lounged in their magical living room with incredible views. I was in heaven!

We stayed for a week, everything was perfect, it has everything you need. We arrived and saw that the place and the place was much nicer in person. we had a great time! Two things so they can fix, the last days it rained, (it has a very nice deck, a place with a very enjoyable table and chairs) the theme is that it rained and could not be enjoyed comfortably. The 2do is that on the night of a thunderstorm, the general key jumped more than once, you should change the key for a more powerful one or see if you have the javelin on the ground properly installed. The rest of the block had light. Beyond that the ACCOMMODATION IS SUPER RECOMMENDED and VERY ENJOYABLE.
