New accommodation, clean, well-appointed and decorated, ideal for 2 people. Electric heating on when we arrive. Located in the heart of GABARRET near the bullring, and the lower Armagnac where local traditions are well anchored .

The apartment is particularly nice: clean, nicely decorated and very well equipped. It is located in the city center. We felt great there:)

We spent 4 absolutely superb days in this apartment 🙂 Élodie is of unparalleled kindness and was very responsive despite the late hour of our arrival (following water damage at our place) of which we do not even have the delicacy to warn given our state of exhaustion 😬 (I am still very sorry). The apartment is very quiet, the bed perfect (we slept like babies), and had been heated before we arrived ❤️ Very modern, everything is clean and very thoughtful ❤️ The location, we can't do better: hypercenter 4 minutes from the Sun form gym which has prices that challenge all competition for short stays, 7 minutes from the Casteljaloux baths, which even with the rain, were a moment of supreme relaxation, 30 seconds from the cinema l 'Odyssée which has a great welcome and a very good atmosphere, 30 seconds from the market on Saturday mornings, 5 minutes from Leclerc, 7 minutes from the beautiful lake of Clarens and less than 10 minutes from a good number of good restaurants. To be done again 🩷

We came to spend 3 days for a wedding with our family. We were well received despite forgetting to have turned on the water heater which was quickly taken care of so it didn't impact us. Pleasant clean accommodation Thank you

great wk at Aurélie and bruno, Nérac small village that I didn't know, so a beautiful discovery, charming village. The view from the cottage is really amazing and the decoration sublime. everything is thought out in the apartments to the last detail. impeccable cleanliness. We rented the 2 appliances for a family wk, it was perfect. Thanks to Aurélie and Bruno, we'll be back for sure.

If you are visiting Mont de Marsan you absolutely must come and stay at Sabrina's, the apartment is a jewel there are a lot of useful amenities. You won't be disappointed

We are very happy with our weekend at Kateline's. Very peaceful, a view of nature from the terrace and the jacuzzi. Cats, sheep, and even deer in the distance. Movie room with very comfortable seating. Breakfast more than we needed. Self check-in. (The deck floor can slide with condensation.) Everything was perfect, thank you so much 🙏😊

We had a pleasant stay. The gite is very pleasant and well-equipped. The outside is great (and well maintained!), for the big ones and the little ones who really enjoyed themselves. The place is just as friendly as the hosts: Claire and Daniel are welcoming and warm, a real beautiful discovery that makes you want to go back!
