We enjoyed our stay! It was a great place for 3 kids and 4 adults. The backyard was a plus for the family as the kids could play around and the adults could relax. I appreciated the plates and utensils they had for the kids. Small attention to details like that was very much appreciated. I would stay here again!

we loved the house! plenty of room for our large group. beautiful kitchen. wish pool would have had a heater for the kids, but they still did a cold plunge and enjoyed it. we rode scooters around people tenical garden every single day, which has a trail that leads right to the house! we will stay again next time if available!

We had a great experience. We met with two of the Porters Brothers and they were easy to work with. They accommodated each of us with early check in and late check out. We enjoyed our stay. We booked for my son’s turning blue ceremony. Location was 15 mins from base. Had stores and restaurants around. We drove from NY straight through and were lucky enough to be able to check in early to sleep. I wasn’t a big fan of the couches. Felt like we were sliding off. Wish we had more trash bags and dish soap. If you plan to cook a lot and are picky about a good pan you may want to bring your own. Beds were comfortable. Back yard was perfect for our dogs. Nice deck outback to relax. Overall great stay. We would stay again for sure.

This airbnb was a great spot for our large group, and included a lot of entertainment such as pool, darts. games, outdoor seating. The host gave clear instructions and the house was clean and tidy when we arrived. I would come here again. Definitely recommend this location.

Great stay, place was as described, could use some upgrades, but it looks like that is in the works, along with the area being gentrified, so property will appraise etc. Very spacious and organized, and clean with adequate amenities and supply's. Host was the most amazing, attentive, responsive, professional, kind, informative are just some of the attributes. This house was a perfect place for our group of 8 to relax. Even in the winter the backyard is gorgeous and so many amenities and activities to enjoy. There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out. The kids loved having the bonus space to their own and the adults loved having some peace and quiet. Our host Brad was quick to respond for questions and we had a fantastic time. The House is incredibly stocked with so many little things that you never know you’ll need, until you do We’ll definitely be glad to come back.

Very nice & comfortable. Dark at night turning into driveway. Not bad or scared just fyi it’s a long dark driveway.

A welcoming home. Each room had a Roku TV. The AC was nice and cold, so we were very comfortable during the hot, Georgia summer. Also, it is really accessible to lots of thigs in the area- Walmart, Target, Publix, Starbucks, McDonald's, Sonic, and Fun Spot. It was easy to get to get to the highway. It is only a 30-45 minutes to drive to Atlanta, which made exploring the city easy to do from this location. The owners where really fast about responding and answering questions. They also provided very clear directions about everything we needed to know about the home. We were at this house for a month. It definitely felt like home, and we would recommend it to others.

This is the second time my family has rented from Melissa. She always answers any questions promptly. The house is in a great location, within walking distance from historic downtown Newnan and parks for the kiddos. Although it sits on a busy corner, I found my sound machine worked perfectly in reducing the street noise. I would not let this dissuade me from renting this lovely home. The massive front porch is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or a nice card game in the evening. Melissa is a great and accommodating host always available if need be. We will be renting from her again in the near future.

Stayed here for a horse show at Bouckaert Farms and the house could not be more convenient. Very roomy and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Lamarr is a great host. He communicated very well and gave clear instructions on how to check in. The house was easy to find. It is so cute inside and very clean. Plenty of restaurants and stores within a 2 mile drive. The area around the house was safe and calm. Driving to downtown Atlanta was about 30 minutes during rush hour but we didn’t mind. I feel it’s a great value for what you get. Overall a great experience and we would book again.

We had a great time staying at Martin’s place! The inside was beautiful and clean. All of the appliances were working well and the area is very peaceful. Martin was also super friendly and responsive throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here!
