The apartment is right on the beach. You can hear the ocean at night, which is soothing and relaxing. There is a great restaurant, serving local fish and veggies, located steps away. Lucia was very helpful and responsive. She accommodated our requests and was extremely friendly. She made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We highly recommend staying with Lucia!

Very nice stay, I loved very nice little place . It's very close and a short walk to the beach. Excellent atmosphere, I would definitely recommend. Seemingly very comfortable and good location. The only thing that could be improved is for long stays include a housekeeping per week and that would be perfect. May I will return without hesitation.

The apartment was lovely. The rooms and beds were perfect for our group. The beach and pool were really nice. The staff within the complex were friendly and very helpful. The large balcony had comfortable seating and a great view of the ocean.

Myself and our family had a wonderful stay at Martina’s place for the holidays. The house was better than we expected and the location was perfect for us. She was very helpful and responsive in booking the trip and helped to handle a weather related problem. We hired the chefs she recommended, Carmen and Daniel, who kept us happily fed (including a vegetarian) all week. We would give them 5 stars as well! Overall, we highly recommend Martina’s beautiful home. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Visit D.R. to visit family every few months & this place stood out! Will be staying and recommending this place. Stayed here for 2 weeks and looking forward to staying longer next time. Peaceful, quaint and very large with all amenities felt like I didn’t even leave home.

Listing is exactly as described, it’s perfectly located in front of the pool and has the perfect view to the beach. The beach is at at a walking distance and has anything you need close by. The place has 5 bedrooms, so it’s perfect for family and friends who want to spend a very nice weekend together at the beach. Lina is always responsive to any requests we made. I’ve been traveling to DR for years and this has to be the best stay I’ve have so far. The house is beautiful, looks like the pictures, it’s secluded and has its only privacy. No complaints about music or noise. Ethan’s host Andrew was the best, he was friendly, on top of everything, very very helpful. I would love to stay at this location again, hands down a 5 star experience.

We had the pleasure of staying at Steve's home in SHR with our family of 10, including our 3yr old. After spending a week, I can confidently say we should have stayed longer, and we absolutely would come back in a second to stay here again. The layout of the house is perfect with two different wings giving a feeling of privacy with large groups (10 of us) while still giving lots of shared, fun space to spend with family and friends. While the home is not new, it is well appointed with beautiful decor, and a very nice kitchen perfect for cooking, snacking, etc. And the BBQ was a huge plus for us. The community is absolutely incredible. Very safe, maintained impeccably, and appointed with an absolutely beautiful pool (walking distance) and seaside restaurant you might see in magazine. Also tennis + pickleball facility was great! We loved the location reaching most locations within 10 mins by car. Steve was an amazing host. For us this was the perfect stay and we'd highly suggest!

A very quiet and safe place

Fantastic Stay – Beautiful Villa & Amazing Host! We had a wonderful time at this villa! It’s well-designed, with two spacious bedrooms, each with an ensuite, plus A/C throughout. The private pool, outdoor shower, and bamboo fencing made it feel like a secluded oasis. The outdoor grill, bar fridge, and bar top were great for entertaining, and the laundry area and half bath were super convenient. Our host, Anyely, was fantastic—extremely responsive and professional, quickly resolving any issues. She was upfront about construction in the gated community, but it didn’t bother us. There is some road noise, but security was friendly, and the community shuttle was very handy. A short 10-minute walk takes you to Encuentro Beach, a stunning spot popular with surfers but without the crowds of Cabarete or Kite Beach. There are also great beachfront restaurants nearby. We loved our stay and would absolutely return!

The Airbnb was in a great location. The owner communicated well and supported all my needs. The best part was the convenience of the nearby restaurant, pools, and 24-hour security. I highly recommend it—10/10.

The place was well-equipped, cozy, and perfect for a stay with a small child. We were excited when we arrived and almost extended our stay. The apartment was perfectly prepared, thought out, and beautifully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, which we appreciated after a long day. Unfortunately we could hear heavy rumbling and bass every night from several directions, probably from cars parking by the beach. It was disruptive and difficult to sleep on. We were disappointed with the beach, where we could walk – it was soiled and not suitable for small children. Walking barefoot was not safe due to trash in sand. Overall, I would recommend the place for beautiful amenities and comfort, but if you're looking for peace and clean surroundings, it's a good idea to count on these factors.

Faby and Jeff have a wonderful apartment on the top floor of the blue houses in the Victorian complex. The complex is clean, has a pool, a jacuzzi (no idea whether hot or cold) and is maintained almost daily. All the staff are helpful and friendly at all times. The apartment has everything you need to spend a few weeks here. We only used the coffee machine and toaster at breakfast. Since we had a rental car, it was easy for us to drive to Cabarete or Sosua or Puerto Plata for lunch/dinner. We really enjoyed the apartment.

This was our second time staying here. Patti is a wonderful host. She is responsive to any issue that may come up. We spent 2 weeks this time around and would not hesitate to come back. Thank you for being part of another wonderful stay in Cabarete!

Really enjoyed our 2 week stay at Richards very spacious condo. We stayed between 23 Aug - 6 Sept 2024. Very clean and had all of the essentials. Pool and grounds very clean and well maintained. Richard is a great host and very responsive and proactive. Location is central so easy access to beach, bars and restaurants. Highly recommended

Stayed and reviewed SeaWinds several times before. First time in this unit and with this host. Nice unit and good communication. Everything went very smooth.
