Our Queenslander split level house is situated in the heart of Gladstone, backs onto bushland and less than 5 minutes from the shops. The lower half is your self-contained unit - kitchen/lounge, master bedroom, ensuite and 'Beach Room' (2nd bedroom). Please note, all 4 rooms are adjoining and there is no internal walkway around the ensuite when in use, other than from outside. Queen Beds in all bedrooms and a double/single bunk bed in the downstairs living area. Sunlover is perfect for 2 families to stay providing plenty of room and privacy. There is plenty off road parking for cars and boats and even a fish cleaning area for the keen fishermen. We have a No Party Policy & you must be 25 and over to book.
