Holiday rentals in Lake Charm

We stayed here for a girls weekend, and the house was perfect for 5 girls. Beds were comfy, 2 bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen and outside area was great. Walking distance to town which was so convenient. Definitely recommend!

Booked the house out for 5 nights for tennis country week. It was very clean and tidy when we arrived, and very easy to check in! Great location, a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, about a 30 minute walk to the town centre. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing and peaceful get away!

This is a beautifully appointed,comfortable place in which to relax.Being a farmstay its location is secluded & tranquil with beautiful views particularly to the lagoon at the end of the back garden. Thank you Melinda for a wonderful stay.

We stayed at Sonja’s for a girls weekend and it truly felt like a home away from home. The house has everything you could ask. The indoor and outdoor kitchens are perfect for entertaining larger groups or families. All the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Sonja was an incredible host and quickly responded to any of our queries. Highly recommended this place for your next getaway.

I recently stayed at this beautiful property in Swan Hill during a trip to Victoria from the UK to visit family. My stepdad had work in the area, so we made it a family trip, and the house was perfect for us. It accommodated my mum, little brother, and my autistic sister comfortably, and the setup made the stay stress-free for everyone. The house itself was immaculate, with everything you could possibly need to feel at home. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals. The bedrooms were spacious, especially the main one with its king bed and luxurious ensuite. The third bedroom with a king single and toddler cot was particularly useful, and the host even provided a portacot, which was a thoughtful touch for families. We loved spending time in the outdoor area—it was perfect for a barbecue, and the smart TV outside made it feel like an extension of the living space. Lovely family space with lots of games TVs and toys for children of all ages. Large yard kept very neat with swimming pool. Welcoming feel to the home with great provisions. Very well presented.

Lovely little cabin by the lake. Easy access to the nice walking trail along the lake to the flying boat museum. The place is dog friendly, with great yard but it’s with a farm fence (neighbours on both side have dogs) - not a problem with active supervision (ours is a small dog but understand the boundary so no issue at all). The place itself is compact but comfortable enough - the welcome pack was a great touch. Would recommend.
