Relax at the lake with the whole family at this peaceful place with lake view and lake access. Lake Fork offers some of the best fishing in the US with record breaking bass, crappie and cat fish. Amenities include fully equipped kitchen, king size bed, queen sleeper sofa, and full size futon. There’s a pavilion, boat house and fire pit for your enjoyment down at the lake. There’s a public launch ramp 2 minutes down the road and Lake Fork golf course is just 1/2 mile away.

Enjoy our pool table, air hockey, electric fireplaces, screen porch, multiple decks, foosball, basketball inside and out, volleyball, firepit & more! Huge new dining table for 10! Explore the lake with our kayaks, 140 feet of shoreline and a 100 foot fishing pier. We are NOT on a narrow inlet, and there is no roadway between our huge yard and the gorgeous open water of Lake Tawakoni.

***$120 night for first 2 ppl...each addl guest $18pp per night*** This place is a hidden gem. About 100 yards from lake and boat ramp. Access to private pond on property. 38 ft RV, huge private parking area that will accommodate several cars, trucks and boats. Ext cord provide to charge boat. Games, snacks, water, Keurig with flavored creamers provided. Let me know it’s a special occasion and I will decorate the RV. We would love to host you so come stay with us!

Perfect Lake House Experience

An incredible relaxing experience sitting on the deck or boat dock enjoying the view and outdoor living. You will find the Lake Holbrook (Mineola area) a step back in time where people are treated with respect, antique shopping is awesome and the lake is yours. This lake is not widely used from others outside of the residents so you can fish, ski, cook out and enjoy the view and recharge your life from the busy hectic pace of life.
