Great place for a fishing getaway, awesome place

Reel Rustic Retreat is an absolute gem! It works perfect for our annual fishing trip to Lake Fork. Kathy has just about every amenity a family could need in a cabin. The Grill, ice machine, and dartboard were all awesome to have during our stay. If you need a place to stay on Lake Fork, Reel Rustic Retreat is it. Kathy and Chris are superb owners and made themselves available every step of the way.

This is our 5th time staying here and it is always wonderful. We has such a great girls weekend cooking in the kitchen and sitting on the patio. Even though this time we watched more TV because it rained the whole weekend. It was still relaxing. Looked forward to next year. Thank you Joel.

This was the perfect place for me and part of my family (covering 3 generations) to simply relax, fish and enjoy spending time together. Comfy beds, great space, fun things to do and absolutely beautiful sunrises!

Kelsey was a great host, very responsive and helpful. I had issues with check-in and the hot tub due to power outages from a storm, but she helped right away and even stopped by the property to fix things.

Scheduled this place for a buddies fishing trip. Wound up just being me, but the place was absolutely great and suitable for multiple people, especially those on fishing adventures! Private ramp was in great shape and zero problems at all managing launching or loading. House had all amenities needed and then some, although I did spend the majority of my time on the water. Property is beautiful and peaceful right on the water, and I’m sure bank fishing would be great for those not out on a boat. Had a great stay and would definitely book again if I’m lucky enough to go back!!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything we needed while still offering peace and quiet. The house itself was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with stunning views that made every morning feel like a retreat. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

What a comfortable little place. Perfect for my boyfriend and I for two days. The location was so quiet and peaceful. It was in a gated property but we never heard other people, or cars, or even barking dogs. Nothing. True peace and quiet. The property was exactly as described. Very comfortable with everything we needed from the comfy bed, to coffee to brew in the morning, to the toothpaste in case we forgot some. Ann was very responsive and gave us great directions and directed us to our parking spot late at night. We really enjoyed our stay.

Bill and the staff at The Ranch were great to work with! It was so peaceful I could just stay there!

This place is a happy house...i just couldnt stop looking at all the delightful pretties inside and out...a castle in Italy could not compare....its hand crafted pretties, extra goodies, lil fireplace, and decor envelops you with peace that creates an ambiance of pure tranquility....i did not want to leave... Tiny has other houses also with the same impeccable qualities...just cozy and homey....and everything is done by hand... Simply lovely...

My husband and I stayed here for our one year anniversary weekend getaway. Booking was simple and easy. The host was very friendly and clear with instructions. The tiny home itself was breathtakingly BEEautiful. Every detail was meticulously planned out when decorating and making use of the space. We loved walking into the home where we were met with smooth jazz playing and a bright cheery atmosphere. This was just the relaxing break we needed from everyday life. The location was great and we especially enjoyed how private and cozy the back porch is. We spent most of our time there. The lake is a stones throw away and we were able to walk down to a public dock. Sunset on the lake was beautiful! Our host graciously recommended Roma’s Italian restaurant and I had the best lemon cake ever! Also, Pj’s gas stop has Hunt Bros pizza and that is a favorite of mine. We truly enjoyed ourselves and the comfort of the home. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful weekend stay!

The Owners are so responsive and friendly that it feels like family! We enjoyed our stay and never needed much as they always provided us with what we asked and needed. Thank you for your hospitality!!!

The location was very relaxing with access to a private dock. Birds, squirrels & lizards had coffee with us in the mornings. This was a girls trip to relax & rewind & we definately accomplished that. Our hosts were readily available but we did not need them so they allowed us our privacy. The nearby town was very charming & navigation was easy. The area felt safe & the air conditioning & fans were perfect for us. We personally did not fish but we saw a lot of happy fishermen- more of a fishing lake than beachy swimming lake. We would certainly recommend to friends & family.

We stayed one night and it was a great place! The kids enjoyed the outdoors and we caught some fish.

Beautiful family retreat with access to the most peaceful lake. Trips on the paddle boat, the fire pit, great handout and sleeping spaces make this an ideal spot for holidays and vacations. I highly recommend and hope to return! The place is very clean, well stocked (no dishwasher though!), bedding is comfy and plentiful, and the host is excellent and helpful!
