I had wonderful time at Anne's place. Anne is a really kind, responsive and warm-hearted host. She was always ready to help and did best to accommodate my needs and requests. The house was super clean and has almost everything for living a guest could imagine. I strongly recommend Anne' apartment.

Through his very quick response Pascale allowed us to improvise a pleasant little weekend in Annecy. Well appointed accommodation with all the necessary amenities, very well placed, very easy to access.

Carole is a warm and hospitable hostess as she flexibly scheduled an arrival time based on our air flight and welcomed us in person to show us our “home away from home.” Very convenient location in charming Lutry, situated on the shores of Lake Geneva. The 2nd floor of the home was spacious, private and very accommodating. Conveniently located with nearby bus stops, a market, and picturesque walkways along the lake. The overlooking balcony was our closing of most evening. Our sincere appreciation for your kindnesses.

The apartment is very beautiful, in a beautiful village. The furniture is new and the bed is comfortable, I recommend it.

Great house in secluded area of the campsite, very near dog friendly beach and all the sights of the lake. Turid was very responsive to the queries we had. Recommend.

We had an ideal vacation at Thierry's The House is modern, functional and above all the setting is beautiful. We had taken our canoes and leave the dock to walk in the caneaux or go to the beach it's just great. There are many beaches where you are on your own and are within walking distance from the residence. We were able to play tennis every day and book one of the four courses in advance. There is also a swimming pool, pétanque courts and ping pong tables near the clubhouse where we ordered good pizzas. There are also quite a few things to see in the area. Very good contact with our host. Very friendly and responds quickly to messages. We hope to return next year.

Our stay at Emilie's beautiful lake house was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Emilie and her family welcomed us warmly, making us feel at home. The house is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, perfect for families with kids. The cozy outside living areas made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The private pool was a highlight, providing endless fun for our kids and a relaxing spot for us. The private beach was perfect for swimming and paddleboarding. We were able to use the "pedalo", which was always quite a fun ride. Emilie and her family were exceptional hosts. Overall, our stay at Emilie's lake house was everything we hoped for and more. It was the perfect family getaway, offering a blend of relaxation. We left with wonderful memories and a desire to return soon. Thank you, Emilie and family, for an amazing stay!

Our stay was amazing!! Communication prior to our stay was very quick and accommodating. We were provided a pac and play and toys for our 2 small children. We were surprised to find an elevator upon check in which made unloading with two kids much easier! The house was fully stocked with anything we needed. The lake was absolutely stunning! Unfortunately it was not summer but it did not stop my toddler from venturing in. We enjoyed paddle boarding and feeding the ducks right from the back dock. The beach was a close walk away but I would recommend renting a car for grocery shopping and any other excursions, as there is not really a walkable town.

We had a very nice stay at Oliver's apartment. The apartment was as described, very modern and bright. Everything you needed was available in the apartment. The location is also very optimal for excursions in the region. We would recommend the apartment at any time. Communication with Oliver was always very quick and hassle-free.

Very comfortable accommodation in a very nice environment, with Lake Bourget under the windows. The winter atmosphere is very special, but it deprived us of a beautiful terrace. It should just be noted that the village offers no amenities and that you have to plan ahead before arriving, especially for food...

Everything was perfect! We had a pleasant stay in a heavenly environment. The immediate proximity of the lake is just amazing and allowed us to enjoy the paddles all day. Not to mention the breathtaking view that didn't make us want to go out for dinner in the evening; we preferred to enjoy the terrace and this incredible setting. The studio is cute and really well-equipped, we did not lack anything and appreciated the touches offered by Catherine. The bikes available are also very useful for getting to Annecy or shopping at nearby stores without using your vehicle. As for Catherine and her husband, they are very friendly hosts with whom we enjoyed talking. In short, our best rental near Annecy to date and we hope to come back very soon.

Appartement impeccable

Very convenient walking accessibility! Be careful to park complicated because it's right in the center . Everything is ok in the accommodation , 2 TVs with access to several great channels! Water was available on arrival a very rare gesture! Thanks to the hosts!!

Relaxing and cozy – a great place surrounded by nature! The apartment offers everything you need for a restful stay. The lake is just a 3-minute walk away and the city center can be reached in about 30 minutes on foot, along a scenic path by the lake through a charming little forest. The apartment was very quiet and clean, and the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Overall, we would highly recommend this place

Karine is a perfect host. Communication was simple. She gave us good addresses and answered our questions quickly and kindly. The accommodation is ideally located 2 steps from the Lake. It is very clean and decorated with taste. One regret, the exteriors that are not actually usable. The balcony is a little small and we don't fit 4. The outdoor table is common to the other apartment and you have to go down and out of the apartment to use it.
