Cozy and welcoming cottage with a wide expansive yard for your pup to roam. Dreamy views and a very comfortable bed made it hard to leave. Wish we could have stayed longer and explored more. Tom was a delight and made us feel welcome and right at home.

Ro’s place was perfect for a visit to UGA to cheer on the baseball team. Great location, nice amenities with shampoo, conditioner, lotion and toothpaste. Nice little hot tub to relax in after a cool night of watching Dawgs baseball. I appreciated the variety of pillows on the beds and lots of towels. Thanks for hosting us!

What a special little stay in Athens. Such a beautifully restored and curated cottage in a great walkable neighborhood, close to downtown / UGA. It is exactly as represented in its listing: charming, private, clean and extremely comfortable. Katherine was responsive and communicative throughout my stay. I would highly recommend the “little house” to anyone searching for a unique Airbnb in Athens, GA.

Great eclectic farm stay in the woods! Very private. We loved the fire pit and the bed was super comfy! We could star gaze laying in bed! Had a wonderful and memorable weekend getaway!

I highly recommend this stay if you’re in Athens area . This place was wonderful. Everything was clean . The house was incredible. The pool table made the highlight of our stay . It also had a nice backyard that the kids enjoyed. The area is not far away from local restaurants and stores. King was a fantastic host!
