Holiday rentals in Lake Ioannina

Very nice flat in a quiet village. The communication with Vaggelis is pleasant and effortless. We would recommend the flat.

Very friendly hostess, place was nice and close to Plaka bridge. Also 10 minutes drive to Agnanta village with nice tavernas. Great pies (local dish)

We were 2 families , total of 10 people. There was plenty of room for all of us, air conditioning in each room (2 in the shared area) and fully equipped kitchen. Big garden with out door kitchen. The mini-market and bakery are walking distance , 5 minutes drive to supermarket, 15 minute drive to Ioannina. Each day we drove 1-1.5 hours to different attractions in Zagori. The owner was very nice and helpful. The house was perfect for all our needs.

Very clean new apartment, it was a pleasure to spend the night there. Maria was very responsive, helped us to find a place to stay, met us and even helped us to park. At home, we were met by a pleasant surprise in the form of tea/coffee/which, for breakfast buns with jam, you could make toast. The apartment has heating and hot water. Thank you so much for the warm welcome!

The days we stayed at Villa Evan house were special. The place is amazing. Warmth everywhere, comfort and definitely helped with all the good mood and the Christmas decor! Comfortable large beds, comfortable living room for 6 people and a kitchen small but easy to use and with all the comforts! Mrs. Vasiliki and Mr. Vangelis are amazing hosts. Helpful, discreet, polite. The location of the house is convenient to go to the village square by walking and in 10' you can reach a supermarket by car. A very beautiful, tidy, clean, welcoming home. We didn't miss anything and felt very at home and pleasant from our first moments. The area where the house is located is quiet and calm-what is best- while not particularly far from the center of Ioannina. Mr. Thomas is a very kind gentleman and host. He offered us sweets and various essentials for the welcome, tips and information about the surrounding places. We had a very nice stay, although brief unfortunately. Mr. Thomas, thank you very much, have a happy and healthy year!!
