SUCH a beautiful home! We had the most wonderful time. The hosts were super communicative, kind, and helpful. And the home was more beautiful in person!!! Would recommend!!!!

We had an amazing stay at this cozy cabin right on the river’s edge. Waking up to the sound of the water and having such easy access to the river made this place truly special. The short hike to the nearby waterfalls was absolutely magical—definitely a must-see! Our host, Sarah, was fantastic. Her communication was excellent, and she made sure all our needs were met throughout our stay. The cabin itself was clean, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape with beautiful surroundings and a great host, this is the place to be!

Wonderful get away for two or even one looking for beauty and peacefulness in this beautiful tree nest. Luxurious bed, bath, and house amenities much appreciated. The Big Canoe community trails and beauty really is worth experiencing.

We had an amazing time. Grilling under the gazebo and roasting marshmallows in the fire pit was very delightful. Felt like home inside plenty of privacy and comfort.

We had a wonderful time here! The cabin is beautiful and has everything you need. The location is great and we enjoyed walking around the property. There’s a fire pit to enjoy and we walked along the stream. Overall, it was a great experience!

Overall a great stay! The place was beautiful and if not better than the photos. The people with us kept talking about how great everything was and how we wanted to come back. Great price for getting so much space. Also beautiful surroundings. Right on the river, yes there is a hill, but it's a great walk. Want to come back!

Arthur was responsive and kind. The cabin was beautiful and beds were super comfy! House had nice amenities and the outdoor space with the hot tub were great. The walk to the river was beautiful, but steep. We only walked down to the river once, as you can see it great and hear it from the back porch. Lots to do within a short driving distance. The downtown area was adorable with lots of activity and shops!

We had an awesome stay at this home! We highly recommend it as the view was so relaxing. Chris was an excellent host with great and clear communication throughout! The home is comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed the games, hot tub and fireplace. Even if you aren’t able to go up and down stairs, there is plenty of home and space on the main level with the 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The home has a large loft area with nice sized bunk beds and an entertainment area down stairs with a ping pong table, gaming console and full bathroom. We loved how thorough Chris was with the instructional videos for the fireplace and ice maker. Internet and service were great. Conveniently located to town and the gated community was nice for added privacy plus amenities. We will definitely visit again!

First time in the area. Wanted easy access to Gibbs Gardens. Perfect directions to cabin with easy access. Place was spotless with no unpleasant odors. So quiet and peaceful. Will definitely return. So much to see and do in the area.

We stayed here five years ago on our honeymoon, so we decided this year for our anniversary, we were going to stay here again. It was lovely, just like last time - the fireplace is so nice, the kitchen is quite well stocked for an AirBNB (we've seen some bad ones, and we've always been able to cook easily in this kitchen!), and there are plenty of extra blankets should you need them. Our son liked the game room downstairs, and there's plenty of room to let our dog play. There are DVDs and an HDMI cable. Had it been warmer, we'd have loved using the fire pit, too. Plenty of room, and the binder full of things to do is a nice touch (and so is the hiding game!). Do note: the grocery store is a solid twenty minutes away, so it's not a quick run down the street. Highly recommend planning on one big grocery run should you need to. There are usually miscellaneous basic spices and such in the cupboard. There is also not a first aid kit as far as we could tell. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful oasis in the foot hills of northern Georgia. We could not have asked for a better quick getaway weekend retreat. The only thing that would have made our stay better was more time. We enjoyed lounging on the large deck warming to the fire pit after our round of golf on 1 of 3 beautiful 9 hole course. We also appreciated the recommendation by our host to eat at "Home" the restaurant right outside the gates of Big Canoe. The staff was really accommodating and the food was outstanding. Other activities not to miss include fishing on the lake and catching the Amicolola falls about a 25 minute drive away. The house was spacious and well appointed in a very peaceful setting. Frank was accommodating and very responsive throughout our stay. We look forward to returning some time in the future!

The cabin was absolutely great to stay in. It was super peaceful and our dogs loved the outdoors. We arrived later than check-in and host was very accommodating and kind. Hot tub was so great with snow falling outside and nothing but birds chirping. The rainfall shower was also a huge plus. Super comfy bed too! Overall we had a great experience. Only thing I would note is that you should plan to arrive in daylight because we were never given an exact address, just directions and it was quite tricky to find and a little nerve wracking at night.

Cheers on Chinkapin was a cute, comfortable cottage with lots of room for more friends! The kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed, and offered the peace and quiet only a mountain visit provides! Katherine was super and easy to communicate with and I would return again. Thank you!

This place was amazing. Quiet, peaceful, and clean! Stayed here for 4 days and wish we could have stayed longer. There are a lot of hikes in the area. The cabin had lots of things to do as well, from board games to a fire pit. Host went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. 10/10 all around. Highlights: watching the hummingbirds while sitting on the porch & getting to know the neighborhood kitty cats.

Well appointed condo in a gorgeous setting. Big Canoe has a lot to offer. Great amenities- pickle ball, golf, boating, fishing, tennis, and a gym. Many walking trails and lakes. New clubhouse to be completed in June. Lakeside Bistro is great for casual dining. We love it and will be back. Many vineyards to try in the area as well.

This house was gorgeous and Sams was helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend!!

It was a lovely couple of weeks showing friends and family Gibbs Gardens. Russell and Paula were very nice to work with and were very responsive with any questions. It was cool and rainy at times and there was ample firewood for warmth and ambience!

Great host, lovely cabin in the mountains, I really recommend to get a nice space for family.

The views make this place incredible! The house is older and has mostly new furniture, linens, and is very well stocked. The kitchen and bathrooms reminded us of childhood in the 70s and 80s. I highly recommend this as an awesome and affordable getaway.

The back porch was very pleasant. We saw several deer in the neighborhood. The fireplace was very enjoyable and our host had plenty of wood. We would recommend it for a great escape.

We had a fantastic time staying in this little cabin. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of essentials, cabin was clean. Our only complaint was that we are tall people and climbing up and down the spiral staircase was more difficult than we expected. It’s quite tight and narrow. Aside from that it was a great stay.
