Cabin holiday rentals in Lake Lyndon B. Johnson

We rented this cabin on the fly (literally) my husband and I were looking for quick getaways for a much needed vacation and time away from the norm and it was my bday weekend as well. We had never heard of Burton, TX or Log Country Cabins and are both Texas natives but we are so glad that we came across it on our search and decided to give it a try. The cabin itself was just as described and looked like the photos online and the location of the cabin was amazing. The views were amazing, access to the lake and creek for fishing was just steps away from the cabin and the common area and peaceful park were just steps away too. The weather was perfect and it was not peak season so it also felt secluded and private and not too crowded which is what we were looking for! We had an amazing time disconnecting from the everyday and re connecting with each other! We enjoyed every bit of it & will be returning soon!!

Had a great stay here! It was a little hard to find as we arrived at night, but the stay was definitely worth it.

We spent Christmas at Brooke’s place and she thought of everything. The lake, water toys and beautiful sunsets were a hit with everyone. Everything was as described and ready for us! Would definitely recommend. Thank you🎄

Beautiful and peaceful location. Close to Inks Lake State Park, Kingsland, and the Perissos Winery. Great place for kids and dogs.

Our stay at NowHere cabin was truly magical and an experience we will cherish forever. We were captivated by the breathtaking views and the peaceful atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. The hosts went above and beyond to make our engagement extra special, with beautiful decorations that added a heartfelt touch to our celebration. The cabin was cozy, well maintained, and stocked with everything we needed. We loved relaxing in the hot tub under the stars, unwinding by the fire pit, and swaying in the hammock while taking in the stunning surroundings. The fresh coffee provided was a wonderful treat. One of the best parts was being able to bring our pup Praline, who absolutely loved exploring the area with us. The privacy and seclusion of the cabin made it feel like our own little retreat, and it was exactly what we needed to disconnect and celebrate such a special mile stone. Loved staying here!! The view is breathtaking and worth it in itself. The house came with everything we could possibly need. Neil is a wonderful host and made sure to make this trip special. I would highly recommend staying here! I will absolutely be back!

Lots of fun for the kids with the animals and a lovely way to spend a couple nights in the countryside.

We had a really lovely stay at the house. So peaceful and quiet, and lots of space to walk around with our dog. Loved being able to see so many stars at night. We will definitely be back.

A quiet and peaceful weekend stay was much needed at this rustic cabin with not 1 but 2 options of hot tubs to relax in. The host was very responsive and helpful to all of our questions and needs. Will definitely be back to get away from the city!

"D" Cabin on the Lake was a little treasure! We stayed here with 4 boys (ages 7-15) and one dog and all of us went to bed exhausted and thoroughly happy every day! From the great fishing (an assortment of bass, catfish, and bluegills), to boating, to paddle boarding (the river is a short trip down the channel), to just sitting and enjoying the afternoon it was fantastic. The cabin looks small but even with 6 people we never felt cramped or crowded preparing and eating meals, watching a movie, or just relaxing in bed. We had a great weekend and will be back!

It was clean and a lot of space for big families and has everything you need and I recommend it I would like to go back.

My friends and I went here for a girls night, and it was the perfect getaway. The cabin was a touch hot, luckily I had an extra fan in my car that we were able to use to help cool it down some!

The cabin is exactly as described and what we were looking for. It is very quiet and very clean. Vivian and Mike have been communicating very clearly and quickly. Now we need 2 years worth of rain for the water level in the lake to get back and make the place even nicer!

This place was amazing! So much to do around the area! Beautiful scenery and amazing place overall! Hopefully we will be back! <3

This was a nice get away! Name says it all… Cozy! Nice n romantic at night, fun amenities for the day! Saw a decent amount of wildlife and didn’t feel on top of the other cabins.

We had a couples stay-cation so we could unplug and relax. The cabins are very cute and you feel like you're out of town, while only being 10mins away from restaurants and things to do. We happened to stay during one of the coldest weekends, but we were nice and toasty in the cabin. The grounds also lend themselves to some peaceful walks and front porch sitting. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at the pike house. We visited for a babymoon and would love to come back in the spring with friends. There was a ton of wild life on the property and all the amenities you could need. Dinner or lunch is only a 30 minute drive away and andi had great suggestions.
