This pond-side cottage is a peaceful place to relax and unwind. Sit on the enclosed porch and watch the water or enjoy the front porch swing where you can listen to the birds and frogs. We are 12 min. from downtown Sumter and 20 min from Shaw AFB. Local points of interest are Swan Lake Iris Gardens and Poinsett State Park. It is only 2 hours to Myrtle Beach and Charleston, SC & 3 hrs to the mtns. While it is conveniently located, this cottage offers a quiet place to put your feet up and rest.

Location location! The "Corner Cottage" is a cozy home in the center of Sumter, right along a main street. Full of charm, this wee old house provides two stylish bedrooms, an office space, a like-new bathroom, and an updated kitchen. We are less than a mile from the beautiful Swan Lake Gardens, and shopping and dining are just around the corner. We're also not far from Shaw Airforce Base and the 95. Weary travellers welcomed! Nice lake home on a cove that connects to the lake. FIBER HIGH SPEED INTERNET JUST ADDED. JUST ADDED TV's IN BEDROOMS Very quite, private and relaxing. Located 20 minutes from Santee and 1 hour from downtown Charleston. All your streaming services are avalible. This is a great place to disconnect, relax, and enjoy yourself. If you fish , this is on a lake known for great fishing featuring the big blue cat fish. Or if you just want to enjoy a quiet time away this is the retreat for you.

Perfect family vacation retreat at Lake Marion, SC

Great family escape! Enjoy our beach, dock and boat ramp as well as our game room and fully stocked kitchen. This is the complete family reunion location! We purchased our lake home, built in 1980, in 2009 and began renovation. We updated the kitchen and baths, plus new carpet, tile, windows, appliances, and a complete update to the exterior with new landscaping. We also replaced the dock and the seawall. It has been a journey and we hope you love our house as much as we do!
