Extremely clean, well decorated and centrally located condo that had everything we needed for a great stay.

Kathleen’s place is a GEM of a location ! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay . The Studio had everything we needed. The Murphy bed slept great . The quartz counter top island proved to be very convenient for meals in a small space. The beach chairs were good quality . The bedsheets were a higher grade as well.

Beautiful and spacious condo for a ski weekend ! Our group loved the location and open floor plan! Can’t wait to come back next year

I had a great time at Rob's place! The house is very close to the beach and several restaurants in Douglas downtown. It was raining this weekend but there was still a lot to do in Douglas-Fennvillle-Saugatuck area. Really appreciated the well stocked kitchen, thoughtful recommendations and dog-friendly neighborhood!

I have stayed at Yuyi’s place multiple times. It’s big, airy and very comfortable. I had special circumstances this last trip and Yuyi was very accommodating. I highly recommend this place .

We went for the World of Winter event and enjoyed our stay very much! Hosts were proactive with helping us out checking in and out with activities to do during our stay. The modern and cozy style of the apartment was nice along with the privacy of the unit. Alexa was easy to control, very clear written instructions from the hosts, and even a map showing amenities on the property which we did not use. Through and through, this an amazing place to stay if you're looking for a busy city with plenty of things to within walking distance!

Great host! We enjoyed our stay. Awesome location. We’ve stayed in TC many time and this is our favorite. We hope to stay with Fernando again in the future. Thanks for making us feel at home!

Dave made us feel right at home and answered any questions we had. His place is near restaurants and stores which were very convenient! It is also a 12 minute drive to the national park and there are so many places to check out. It’s about a 45 minute drive to Chicago and there’s a train nearby if you want to take that instead into the city. I highly recommend staying here Dave’s place was clean and he was an amazing host!

Susan was a wonderful host! The apartment is large, spacious, and close to public transit. Susan was very responsive and kind. Would absolutely recommend staying with Susan and at this apartment!

Great price for winter weekend getaway. We have stayed here multiple times. Near by Ski resort. shuss Mtn, and there are others within an hrs drive.

The location was perfect for our needs. Love the backyard felt like you were in the middle of the woods.

For a condo it was very spacious and comfortable . It was nice to have the indoor pool available in cooler weather when the other pool is closed. There were no dishcloths and rags available for handwashing dishes, even though it was labeled in the cupboard. For the amount of people that can stay at the condo. There were a lack of available washcloths.Adequate parking for 4 vehicles. Leah was quick and easy to communicate with. Great location not far to navigate around the entire peninsula. Would stay here again

The condo was so comfortable and clean with a well stocked kitchen and many thoughtful touches that included toiletry items in case you forgot your own, cozy throws, good lighting throughout and comfortable seating. The location was convenient to Douglas and downtown Saugatuck, and it was easy to hop on the highway to go to the Holland area or go apple picking at Crane's Orchard, which we enjoyed. We also appreciated the Welcome information book, and the local brochures for hiking, art galleries, etc. Matt's condo was a great find!

Great place to stay if you’re going to the pumpkin festival, you can walk!

We had a wonderful week in this condo! All of the extras - snacks, spices in the cabinet, extra beach towels, several different types of coffeemakers - were greatly appreciated. The cabinets had many choices of mugs, glasses, plates and bowls. We also loved that there were several locations with a light on a dimmer (Dining room, living room). Having a washer and dryer available down the hall was also a plus. The porch is fantastic! So relaxing,. The sofa cushions for the porch are perfect and easily accessible. The gas grill was also great for cookouts and dinners watching the sunset. There is a really nice overlook area if you don't want to walk all the way down to the beach, easy to get to by walking around to the other side of the building. We got some great northern lights pictures from that lookout. Patty was always helpful and easily accessible - answering any questions I had within the hour, sometimes in just minutes!

Laurie was fantastic to work with. Immediate responses to inquiries and a genuine dedication to providing a great experience. We had a minor hiccup at the begining, but she graciously corrected it immediatly. The one consideration for future travelers is the main floor bedroom. It states 2 beds, but it is in fact 2 twin matresses in a trundle/daybed. Although comfortable, be aware that the induividual in the bed, will have to step on or over the individual sleeping on the matress close to the floor. In addition, with the trundle fully extended, the door will not close, so there will be no privacy. Aside from that, it is well maintained and appointed. Given the restrictions and limitations that arise when renovating a building more than 100 years old, they have provied a wonderful and cozy space. We woudl defiently book with Laurie again.

Very clean and up to date. Decorated to feel like your at home. Amazing spa shower and king size bed was very comfortable. My husband and I have stayed at several Airbnb’s and others could take a lesson from Kara on the correct way to run a bnb. We’ll definitely be renting this spot in the future.

The Condo was spotless and in a peaceful location. Stocked with what you need. Nice view from the balcony off of living room. Close to Mackinaw City. Only 4 or 5 minutes to restaurants and ferry to Island. Would book again if we are in the area. Bridgett was a great host. Would definitely recommend.
