Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Lake of the Woods

We felt right at home in this beautiful and serene home located just minutes from the Forks and Downtown. The house was spotless, peaceful and bright. We will definitely book this place again.

We had a long term stay at Jordan's place. He was extremely communicative and addressed any concerns we had. The home contains many belongings of the homeowners so there was a lot of stuff in the house but enough room was made for us to comfortably keep our belongings. There is no bathroom on the main floor and a lot of stairs but we knew this going in from previous reviews. The front porch was a nice extension to the house and you can't beat the neighbourhood. Jordan even went above and beyond to return items we had forgotten at the house.

Clean, comfortable, good value and as advertised— a good home base while in town for work in the area. Location is easy access to the airport on a quiet street that felt safe. Morgan and Damon were helpful hosts, communicative and accommodating throughout!

We always look for this Airbnb 1st when traveling to Winnipeg. Great big house that feels like a home, comfortable and peaceful quiet neighborhood. Tony is super responsive and friendly. Another great stay for our family.

it was a very nice house. a little chilly in the basement but over all it was a great place to stay, lots of space.

We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space and well equipped kitchen newly renovated. Bathrooms were also new and beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful place to stay. Especially in the winter if you ride snowmobiles, the trail is super close by and easy to get too. Host is super friendly and responds quickly. Will definitely be back. Felt right at home.

Gisele & her husband were amazing hosts & are definitely worth booking with. Place was absolutely spotless and perfect to stay short term or long term. I was there for a month while working in the area & found it great! Would highly recommend checking Rosie’s place out!

Had a group of 12 guys was lots of room for everyone. Very nice place to stay. The garage was great for fishing gear. Best place in Lake Winnipeg to stay.

loved this cabin set up so nicely, perfect open layout and alloted space to accommodate being around each other yet have own space. The huge island was my favorite but all the finished in the place are on point. lots of laughs and memories made. Tyler was consistently responsive to messages. hope to go back in summer and try out the plunge pool.

Can't say enough about this lovely area. The friendliest, and most peacefull spot tucked off the main highway. The beach cabin had everything we needed and more! Thoughtfully decorated and hosted by Gisele. Would highly reccomend, and will absolutely come through again. Don't forget to grab a couple stickers on the way out!

Excellent stay! Super clean place, we stayed in winter and had a great time. There isn’t a shower in the cabin (as stated in the listing) but that didn’t impact our stay even a little bit. A very relaxing, much needed get away. I would absolutely recommend! The place had absolutely everything we needed and then some. Bring books, board games, and enjoy the amazing scenery :)

Lovely spot in the forest to slow down and soak up some nature. The cabin is well stocked with movies & games and was very cozy. We enjoyed the sauna and natural pool for a cold plunge as well as the walking trails on the property. Sandilands Park is a short drive away for more trails

Daniell's place was amazing. We need it last min, and I was so happy it was able to accommodate our family size. Beds were comfy, house was clean. We will definitely book again.

Awesome location, big dock, and beach...a few steps from the cabin to the water (you can hear the waves from the bedroom window). I have rented a lot of cabins in the past...Art's cabin has the best water frontage I have ever seen! The fishing is incredible, we were there 9 days and fished a different spot every time. My son and I caught well over 120 fish over the 9 days, including several large Walleys that we cooked up! Lot's of small mouth bass, and of course endless northern pikes! My truck broke down, and wouldn't be fixed until a couple of days after we were to check out. I told Art about this issue and he made some arrangement's so we could stay a couple of extra days until my truck was fixed. He went out of his way to make things work...it could have been a disaster, but instead we got a couple more day's of fishing in! If you like being on the water and love fishing, this is the place for you! I will definitely be coming back! Thank you Art for your great hospitality!

Great place. Super close to the beach and to restaurants. The bathroom was clean and the hot water was great. Kitchen had everything we needed. The couch was comfortable for movies at night. Super great stay. Will come back next time we’re in the area,

Cozy little apartment stay, great for overnights especially if you’re passing through or even just spent the night out. It was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. Definitely recommend this space!

This is a lovely cabin, a few feet from the lakeshore and set in a peaceful woodland. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating to relax, would love to stay again.

Had a wonderful stay here! Me and some bridesmaids including the bride stayed here the night before the wedding day and it was super great! We were not too far from the Rustic Wedding Barn Venue which was a plus!! We were all quite stressed with all the wedding stuff so having a night away in a peaceful location was much needed and we enjoyed it so much! There were two cats that welcomed us there as we arrived which was my favourite part! Thank you for a great stay Shane and Mandy!
