Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lake Ouachita

This rental was exactly as described. It is located in a perfect area. Right off of Central Ave but in the heart of Bathhouse row!!

Great AIR BNB we will definitely stay here again!!! Very clean easy to get to safe and communication about the stay was so easy, everyone was so friendly and accommodating. PS If you need an iron for clothes bring your own there is not one there and there aren't closet poles in a few of the closets the master does have a pole to hang your clothes. Everything else was perfect!

We enjoyed our stay, was thankful to have a place to bring our pups with us, it was even a 5 minute drive to a local dog park. Perfect location to get anywhere in Hot Springs, appreciated all the amenities, and the kindness of the hosts.

This was a beautiful condo at a beautiful location! we have 0 complaints, the only tiny issue we had was the code for the TV never worked but we just used our computer instead. We would stay here again

We love this condo on the lake!! The views are perfect with a large sliding door and window. The place was stocked perfectly. The linens and towels are amazing! Highly recommend!!

John is an excellent host. He is so kind and responsive. He even helped me sort out an issue with my trailer hitch, which wS great because then I got to know him a bit better. He’s created a very homey space either everything you might need. Bonus points for the incredible early morning Spring bird calls.

The house was very clean and well maintained. Responsive hosts that were very accommodating of us and our dogs. On one or two occasions we were able to hear walking upstairs but they were not during the night or morning. Overall I highly recommend

Our host Tonia was amazing she was always very responsive. When my dog sitter flaked out on me and I had to figure it out last minute she let me know that I would bring our little angel with us. The accommodations were beyond beautiful even better than the photos. We felt so at peace there. We will definitely be going back.

Great location near everything Hot Springs has to offer. Perfect home for a decent sized group.

Our family travels extensively throughout the year, and have visited the Hot Springs area multiple times. This was our first time staying at this rental or in the Lake Ouachita area. This rental is secluded on a hill overlooking the water. Even though there are neighbors, it feels very private. The porches were are favorite place to drink coffee, grill, or just enjoy the scenery. We spent many a night in the hot tub, and our three daughters loved the downstairs game room and living space. The beds were so comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious. The entire home is a great size for a family, or even multiple families. The rental was well appointed with everything we needed for our visit. Also, even though you are secluded you are less than 20 minutes from all the Hot Spring attractions, and less than 15 minutes from Wal-Mart in case you need anything. It is a beautiful home, and Eric was gracious host who tended to our every need. We will definitely be back next year.

OUR SECOND STAY AT DONNA’S PROPERTY ON OUR ANNUAL OAKLAWN TRIP. GREAT LOCATION TO THE RACES, EASY ACCESS TO FOOD AND SHOPPING. HOUSE IS MASSIVE WITH NICE DECK AND GRILL. WOULD MOST DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN.

Little getaway with the family! Absolutely beautiful place, very clean. Kids loved being steps away from the pool and lake! Michael was quick to reply when I had a question. We would definitely stay here again!

Fascinating house on the hill in a great location. Lots of places to be, indoors and out. There are 2 beds, 1 sleeper sofa, and 2 futons in high bunks that adults would have a hard time accessing. Quick walk to Bathhouse Row.

Quick trip to Glenwood. We were glad to stay in the area. The house was just what we needed.

Nick's condo was a great for our weekend getaway! We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony relaxing in the spring weather. The beds were amazingly comfortable. We hope to visit again.

Amazing views right from the patio! The host was super responsive and very nice. It is off the main roads so perfect if you’re looking for something private and serene. Just be sure to grab what you need before heading in to this area because it’s there aren’t a lot of street lights on the way in there. There are stairs so travel light. Smile. The place was so pretty. It was wonderfully decorated and they even left a few snacks out too. Saving this one as a return spot for sure. Nice!

The place was so nice and clean! It also had a lot of extra things like beach towels, floats. Coffee and more! The host was so nice at telling us all the fun things to do close!

Beautiful and relaxing place to stay! The pictures don't do it justice. A very relaxing environment and beautifully decorated. The balcony was large and felt very private. The bedrooms and bathrooms were super clean and comfortable. We loved everything about our stay here!

We had a wonderful time at Steve's place. The views are amazing! The studio was just as described, had everything we needed, and was very clean. Steve was responsive and even provided us some local restaurants to try, which we did and were very pleased. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

We had such a great time staying in Carrie’s place and she was extremely accommodating. It’s so close to everything you would want to see without being smack dab in the middle of the tourist area. We wanted to try squeezing in a trip to the bath houses the last morning we were there unaware of how long it would take and Carrie gave us a couple hours extra to check out which we really appreciated.

Great cozy place with a beautiful view. Perfect for 2 w/ or w/o dog. Right at the lake. Parking directly in front of the condo. Close to shopping, restaurants and about 10 min from downtown Hot Springs. Danny was helpful and responded immediately. Great place to have a nice trip. We'll be back
