The home is on a beautifully maintained lot with an amazing view of the lake and a dock to sit on or pull your boat up to. We enjoyed the views from the house, the dock and the pool! Everything was in prestige condition. Eileen was a wonderful host with clear communication.

We could not have asked for a better house to stay at while visiting Milledgeville! The house itself is beautiful, spacious, warm, and has elements for everyone. Whether you want to go on a little walk around the lake on the property, play games in the basement, watch a movie in the family room, or enjoy the sunset on the porch, this house had it all! What we really loved was that the house provided the feeling of seclusion while being so close to town. It was such an easy drive to get to all the activities happening in downtown Milledgeville while also allowing us to feel like we could disconnect and recharge. The hosts are very accommodating and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed to check-in and check-out easily. If anyone is looking for the perfect house to visit Milledgeville, this is the one. Next time we come to Milledgeville we will definitely stay here again! 

Mary and Mike were so hospitable and accommodating to our requests! Mary ALWAYS responded promptly to questions. Everything was seamless, from reservation to check-in and out. The property is absolutely perfect for a small group, has a great private location on the lake, yet convenient to town. The house is cozy and inviting, was clean and comfortable! We will be back! Darrin's place was perfect for a staycation for my son's birthday. There was plenty to do at the house - we didn't have to go anywhere. The neighborhood was very nice, and the location was great. Will recommend for anyone wanting to visit beautiful Lake Sinclair with friends or family.

Lovely house, well maintained with all the amenities you could need. Gabriel is an excellent host and highly responsive. We had a perfect short stay at the lake with our friends, kids and pups.

Howard’s Lake home was perfect! We had an issue with the air when we first arrived but Howard worked diligently to get it fixed as quick as he could with it being a holiday weekend. The pictures don’t do it justice! There are views of the lake from every room, great space for a big family, comfortable beds and an amazing outdoor space. Best of all, it was the shortest walk to the pool and there is a beach area to swim in the lake right in front. If you are looking for a place to relax and soak in the lake, this is it! My family is already asking to stay again!

Brittany and cohosts were very responsive and helpful. A great place to take my grandkids for a couple of days on the lake. We really enjoyed the firepit in the evenings down near the water.

This was our second time at this house and we definitely were not disappointed. The location and accommodations were perfect for our church’s women’s retreat. Hope to be back again next year.

This was the perfect little lake house for some time with good friends. Peaceful surroundings with big trees and calm water. Do yourself a favor and book this place in the fall! It’s the perfect place to sip a coffee in a sweatshirt on the deck. Didn’t catch any fish! But that’s probably my problem not the host haha.

The space was beautiful. There was a problem with the hot water heater but, the problem was resolved in good timing.

Wow!!!! We were in awe of the neighborhood, location and the space. We were incredibly comfortable there and had everything we needed. A Publix is 8 min away, PJs coffee is so delicious and next to Publix, when we walked in the mornings and afternoons there were deer everywhere! It was so magical. We used the kayaks and played around in the water at sunset. We were there to go to Durhamtown atv park and it was a quick 40 min ride. We also stopped in Greensboro which is 30 min away and they have some cute antique stores and coffee Shop. Will be back. Ginny was so friendly and responded quickly!

We loved this sweet and BEAUTIFUL house in our college town! It felt true to Milledgeville but was also very comfortable (major shout out to Macy for the decor). But truly the best part was that the beds were probably the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in at an Airbnb! And we have stayed at many. Every single guest was so impressed by the beds, so I just had to brag on them. You can walk to down town but it isn’t too close to all the hustle and bustle so we enjoyed the location.

A house next to the lake, a beautiful view to relax with the family, and super spacious and comfortable to accommodate several people, away from the noise and the crazy traffic, super relaxing, the perfect place to spend the vacation of your dreams 5/5

My family and friends stayed here for a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed it. It is beautiful inside and outside, there is so much space and the rooms were amazing. Would stay here again!

We are repeat guests and we spend 51 weeks of the year dreaming about coming back to this house. We've tried to stay at other homes on Lake Oconee and no one compares. It is truly paradise. The view is breathtaking, private, and quiet. The home is gorgeous inside and has everything you would need. We look forward to many summers in the future here. Michelle is such a responsive host and so detailed in information!

I can’t recommend this place enough. First, it was absolutely gorgeous and looked exactly as described. They had so many things offered in terms of entertainment at the house, including both indoor and outdoor activities. Steven and Lana were super responsive with any questions, and I couldn’t have asked for better host. We had an absolutely fantastic time!

This was our second stay at this beautiful location! It is just gorgeous with great view of the lake and only short drive into town. Amazing hot tub and love having coffee on the deck overlooking the water! House is always clean and so spacious. Love that Shirley gives the option of renting part of the house! That works great for us! Will be back!! Shirley is a great host and always quick to respond to any questions!

This place was everything that I expected plus some. The atmosphere was so peaceful and beautiful and I had an amazing time. The host communicated quickly and the instructions were very clear.

Susan’s Lake House was perfect for a cozy Christmas. It was beautiful with everything we needed. She was quick to respond when we had a question. We hope to come back during the summer to enjoy the lake!

My family met from various locations at Peter's beautiful house. It is massive with two bedrooms on each level (basement, main and second floor, although one of the second floor room is for children only - two twin beds and a set of bunk beds). There was a minor hitch during our stay but Peter worked quickly to resolve it and even with that tiny issue, the vacation was great. We all had a great bonding and chilling time. We rented a boat from the local marina and had a fun time on the lake. We also walked down to the little beach and had a great time just chillin' on the sand and floating in the water. It is a beautiful place, full kitchen, stocked with essentials (paper towels, coffee filters, appliances, gas grill, etc. Even a full size refrigerator with ice-maker in the door!) Giant deck out back and one below too. Beautifully maintained, comfortable, feels like visiting a family member's home. Parking for four cars (two in the garage and two on driveway). Bring extra paper towels and toilet paper - other than your food and beverages - that is all you will need. This home is very child friendly (of course you need to watch them on the stairs!) with some children's activities and books downstairs.

My family enjoyed our stay in your home. Loved the large porch for relaxing, having our meals, watching the birds, and the wonderful view. Very comfortable and my grandson enjoyed the area downstairs. Thank you for providing the kayaks and water boards, greatly added to our fun. The sunning platform by the dock was a nice addition.
