You truly won’t find a more responsive and helpful host. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, felt comfortable and at home. The location is beautiful and is just like the pictures. The home had everything we needed, including extra phone chargers for those who forgot them. We had 8 adult women for a “girls getaway” and it was the right size for us. Plenty of room to be together and places to relax in smaller groups or have a rest away from the group. The view and the reviews are what made us reserve this home and we weren’t disappointed. Now it’s your turn to enjoy!

Excellent location walking distance from several coffee shops and restaurants, as well as from Ballard. Robin and Scott were very attentive to our requests, which were few because the house is so well equipped. The house was particularly dog friendly, which was important to us as we were traveling with our two dogs.

It felt like home! We needed a place to stay while our house was being renovated, hui was very flexible and responded immediately to our needs. We are so grateful and will definitely stay here again!

We had the most enchanting honeymoon at James' place in Lynnwood, Washington. This uniquely designed home, nestled among the trees, offered us a serene and intimate retreat. The expansive viewing windows in every room, including a cozy sunroom perfect for stargazing, made us feel truly connected to the surrounding natural beauty. The personalized lock code provided a seamless and stress-free check-in experience. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect setting to celebrate our new life together.

Del Mar Chateau was delightfully comfortable for our annual marriage group of 10 couples. We typically travel a couple hours to get away, and now we found a getaway in our backyard. Easy to find, quiet and peaceful, comfortable accommodations and worth the price. Our only issue was running out of hot water after a few successive showers in the morning. But no one took a cold shower, just cool. Easy to coordinate the next day. We'll be back!

First off, I have to say, that Deniece was an excellent communicator. She responded quickly to any questions I had and I appreciated that immensely. It gave me great confidence ahead of our stay that she was indeed a super host and that our stay would be lovely. Upon arriving and throughout our stay the home not only met, but exceeded all of our expectations. The home and waterfront property were absolutely beautiful and everyone in our group was extremely happy. There were many nice touches, such as fresh bouquets of flowers, fresh cookies and scones, and wine with chilled glasses. The kitchen was very well equipped. You don't need to bring a thing! There were also plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Our granddaughter especially loved the Children's garden and we spent lots of time playing there. We all loved sitting on the deck and on the porch enjoying the beautiful waterview and sunsets. We will without a doubt, stay there again. Thank you so much Deniece and Rich!

What a perfect spot to soak up the magic of Mercer Island! Aric was an excellent host, he always responded quickly and proactively to ensure that our stay had every luxury of home. Aric’s description of his home was modest, as we found the space to be even more accommodating than described. Every high expectation the photos set of a relaxing vacation lost in the trees was exceeded, thank you Aric and fam for the awesome memories our family will always share of your home!

Erin’s place is absolutely enchanting!! Communication was great, easy to find, easy to check in. The location is absolutely incredible, you feel like you’re floating when the tide comes in. The view is so pretty. The cottage is like a storybook. It is decorated perfectly and is so cozy. The kitchen is well appointed, the beds and linens were cozy and the electric fireplace was lovely. It is the perfect place to curl up and read with a hot beverage. Everything you could need is provided. A short drive from the ferry and to amazing restaurants in town. We had dinner at Gravy and it was outstanding! Can’t wait to come back and spend more time!! This place is a gem!!! One of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed!
