Holiday rentals with lake access in Lakehills

My family and i really enjoyed our stay. The home was exactly what we need as a family of 8 . The host is also very accommodating and we had no issues extending our stay.

This place was beautiful. Very secluded and private. Back outdoor space was magical. There were a lot of deers that came to greet us. Property itself is very well taken care of. It was a spacious property with beautiful balconies that overlooked the backyard. House is stocked well with everything that you need. I highly recommend this place for anybody that wants to get away and relax with nature.

This location was perfect and beautiful! Very affordable for the area! Such sweet kind responsive hosts! The home was well stocked and very clean! Very spacious home we slept 9 very comfortably!

Beautiful place! The large beds are nice, big, and comfortable. The place was CLEAN!! There is a nice small outdoor firepit fueled by already supplied propane. Also, there is a pit out close to the lake where you can build an awesome bond fire with friends! Highly recommended!

my family of 5 and our youngest is Autistic. this was a great getaway for us. Dominic enjoyed the scenery and backyard access to an adventurous hike to Canyon Lake.

Absolutely Perfect Stay! Melinda is truly an amazing host! From the start, her communication was excellent, providing clear instructions and wonderful recommendations for the area. The house has fantastic amenities and a breathtaking view that made our stay unforgettable. The home was well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which had all the accessories we needed to cook delicious meals. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, the perfect place to unwind and enjoy quality family time away from the hustle and bustle of the city. If you're looking for a cozy, clean, and well-located home, Melinda’s place is the perfect choice. She’s definitely a super host!

We loved staying here. The hot tub was amazing. The king bed was so so comfortable and cozy. Lots of space for gathering. The backyard was so cool. We loved it. And my kids loved seeing the deer run around every morning. It is so beautiful!! We love Canyon Lake and have stayed at different airbnb's here. This was a GREAT location. If you're new to the Canyon Lake area, Granny D's is a must !!! Their giant pancakes are amazing!

Great stay! We were looking for a weekend getaway to celebrate Valentines/a birthday, and this place did not disappoint! The host was great and accommodating. We were pleasantly surprised with how well stocked the apartment was (shampoo, dishes, coffee, etc. ) It was a great location to enjoy downtown Kerrville and close enough to enjoy the vineyards of Fredericksburg. We enjoyed the River view and hot tub!

Stay at Jacob’s was great and convenient. The place we had originally booked wasn’t available but the staff made sure to get us into another room which was even better than the original. Walkable distance to the river walk as well.

Sandy- I love your little place there near the river walk, and I’m kind of bias because my daughter rents an apartment in that community! It was a great place to stay overnight and I’ll probably be back to stay with you again! Thank you for offering such a cute space. I felt very comfortable and I’ll definitely come back to your spot again.

Quaint, very clean with a beautiful view.

The location was fantastic, everything was clean and set in order. The owner was kind enough to leave a welcome note. It was quiet and peaceful and I was able to enjoy my time in the area because of the experience I had at the Airbnb. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Perfect in every way I thought it would be. Stayed for a month with my boyfriend and two small dogs, felt right at home and cozy. Arrived to a clean home with helpful instructions on the fridge, as well as all the things you’d need to cook a hearty meal in a well equipped kitchen. Newer appliances and no issues. Loved the lighting near the front door and over the table in the dining area, also loved the screen doors for each door. The upper patio view? Beautiful and perfect, especially beautiful waking up to a sunrise and seeing the lake in the background. All amenities worked, host was communicative, any issue/request was promptly handled and with care. Would recommend and would stay again, lovely home and hope that it continues to be taken care of. Private area and will need a vehicle to get around as an fyi. Thanks again for hosting us! 🩵

An absolute pleasure staying here. The location is great. Close to Canyon lake and the river for tubing. One of the best things about this place are the views. Even though it was the middle of the summer I still felt it was worth it to get out on the patio and overlook the scenery. I'd say the only "cons" about the place is that the windows in the living room do not have blinds so at night you can feel sort of exposed with the lights on. Again, it's not a big issue because the area is very quiet. Also use caution when driving the roads in limited light. Deer everywhere. Overall a spectacular place and would recommend to anyone.

The Carriage House exuded tranquility and serenity. Following a lengthy journey, we eagerly sought refuge in the inviting living space and cozy bedroom. The temperature upon our arrival was ideal, allowing us to effortlessly unwind. The accommodations boasted a comprehensive array of amenities, ensuring that we felt completely at home. As night fell, following a visit with family, we savored the peaceful seclusion of the countryside while relaxing by the gas firepit and a glass of wine. The path leading to the river is ideal for fitness enthusiasts who enjoy walking or running, especially trail running. Adjacent to the river, there is a park with a track, perfect for those looking to exercise. Additionally, the area is excellent for fishing, so be sure to bring your gear and a comfortable lawn chair to relax in the ample shade by the river, perhaps with a good book.

Love the place, we took our family and we had an amazing time! We felt so good plus April was so nice and responded all our question! Thank you ❤️

Wonderful place with plenty of room for the entire extended family! Loved the view, location was close to anything you needed, games were super fun, had lots of great laughs with the family! Great place, we will be back!

The Overlook Cottage was the perfect getaway if you are looking for a rural, peaceful setting with all of the creature comforts of today’s modern living and needs; which we were! It’s also close enough to shops, restaurants, bars and groceries. We had a blast feeding the deer that continually strolled by on a daily basis. And despite a very cold weekend, my boys and I really enjoyed a dip in the hot tub at the end of the night. Comfortable, fun spot for everyone!

Felt right at home. ☺️ Had all kitchen essentials for cooking. Liked that there was a washer and dryer since we did enjoy a trip to the river. The patio chairs on front porch were very comfortable. I like the privacy of having our own separate space even with other rentals on site around us. All in all a great location for being able to access the park or river. Definitely would rent this place again.
