The 4th bedroom has a twin bed with twin trundle and doubles as a business center with bluetooth scanner/printer and a wide-screen monitor. 4 TV's. A sleeper chair and electric fireplace console have been added to living room space. Basement has futon, bar area, pool table, and laundry room. Large, fenced-in backyard complete with fire pit, 6 seater umbrella table, and grill. Close to shopping, dining, fun and expressways!

Go to the refrigerator and help yourself to a cold drink. take a dip in the nice warm hot tub, take advantage of the nice warm robes provided for you. Our beds are second to none. Premium mattresses, goose down comforters, goose down pillows. We also have a laundry facility to be sure linens are spot free and sanitized.

Chardonnay Bay offers 2 bedrooms and a loft, the master bed includes one queen bed, the 2nd bedroom has single bunk beds and the loft has a queen. We offer a full kitchen as well as laundry facilities. Outdoor patio area with hot tub, picnic table and bbq. We are located within a one minute walk to the beautiful Colchester beach, splashpad, park and marina, located on Essex County’s EPIC wine route consisting of over eighteen wineries.

Relax at this peaceful canal Duplex with owner/manager living above. Shared backyard or be secluded in other outdoor areas on the property, the beach, the 2nd bar. Great value with all the water toys and bikes you get to use while staying at the property and Lake St Clair min away (great Fishing spot). No boat slip available, although can park truck with trailer on front rocks. Free shuttle service in Harrison Twp, the first full week in May-Sept during certain hours. Availability may change.
