This place is beatiful. Much bigger than what we expected. Great space for a gathering. Kitchen was huge. If I could give it 100 stars I would. I would for sure come back.

This home was just lovely. Super comfortable and perfect for our group of 3 adults and 4 kids. Trampoline was a huge plus! Directly across the street from a large park and a very very quick drive (could have walked) to restaurants and shops. Hosts were very responsive, flexible and friendly. Highly recommend!!

A beautiful and comfortable escape in Mechanicsville. Shannon is very responsive and her home is very clean and inviting in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Convenient location for food, shopping, and popping into Richmond. Plenty of space to relax and unwind and the pool table was a bonus! Amenities were outstanding and my son wants to copy the coffee bar :) Highly recommend this property!

I've stayed at quite a few AirBnbs. Some have been ultra luxe, some have been bare minimum types where I couldn't wait to check out. Others, like Jennifer's, feel like my own house. This place is just so comfortable. It reminds me of what AirBnb is supposed to be: people opening up their homes for others so that a stay away from home still feels like home. My family and I loved staying here. It was close to everywhere we wanted to get to and my kids loved the pets, which were easy to care for. It was nice to have exercise equipment available and the fenced backyard and trampoline and playground were a big plus for my kids. Jennifer was a flexible host who made sure I had all the info available to me that I needed. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

A truly beautiful and recently renovated Home that exceeded our expectations. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating as we were bringing our special-needs child with us. The home was generously stocked with everything you could need. It was exceptionally clean with luxurious touches throughout, namely, the beautiful gas fireplace. We will for sure be back.

Beautiful property and very comfortable. John was very friendly and helpful. The tour was definitely needed as there are many, many light switches in the house and neat features we wouldn’t have known about otherwise. Great place to stay and would definitely come again!

Anna was thoughtful and communicative right from the start. We had a pipe crack and damage in our own home and we needed to move out quickly for remediation. Anna’s home met all our needs (including our beagle’s). The beds were wonderfully comfortable and the kitchen fully stocked including lots of handy spices, teas, coffee, etc. It was relaxing and fun as a family to have the pool table and the darts and a comfortable and big couch for us all to hang out on. Lots of space for us to work and for our teens to get their homework done. Can’t thank her enough!

The host was very responsive and attentive to our needs and in communication. Was very thoughtful in asking us what temperature we liked so they preset the temperatures for us. One of the beds was a bit squeaky but overall the home was very comfortable. We would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Mayra’s home was cozy and comfortable, and she was a great host! The home provided a great base from which to spend the weekend visiting our daughter at VCU. And when my wife realized that she was missing a ring, Mayra went out of her way to find it and get it to our daughter. The only minor drawback were the trains that ran throughout the night.

Crystal’s house was everything we expected it to be, neat, clean and a little on the funky side. We were in town for a wedding and had our two children, their spouses and five grandchildren, all under 10. It was really nice to have a yard the kids could play in so they could burn off some energy. We would definitely recommend Crystal‘s house to friends.

Quiet surroundings and plenty of space for our family to stretch out. Ellen was quick to respond to all our questions.

My family and I had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay at Bill & Brian’s home while we toured VCU with our son. Our hosts were super understanding and accommodating of our last-minute schedule changes. We will definitely consider staying at their home again if our son decides to attend VCU next Fall. Our overall experience was A+++!!!

We were looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay in the country and that's exactly what we got! Yet we were close enough to Richmond to easily go to lunch & the museum & do an airport pick up on Saturday. Each of the 3 bedrooms is very comfortable and both bathrooms are renovated & have everything you need. The house is furnished beautifully & comfortably, the kitchen is completely updated with all necessities, and the heart of pine floors throughout the house are to die for! This house met all our needs perfectly, and my husband and I and our 2 adult daughters had a wonderful stay. Liv & Mike were very responsive the couple times we contacted them. While the house is on a main road, it sits back, and there are also side streets very close for taking a walk. The surrounding countryside is beautiful. Liv & Mike provide a Keurig and coffee pods and had a lovely bottle of wine waiting when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again!

Great big house that is well suited for large family gatherings. Plenty of dishes and kitchen items for a large group. The seating in dining and kitchen is a bit limited given number of guests but workable. We loved the 4 season porch!!! We had a bit of a challenge with the heat on the coldest night of the year but the host was very responsive when I raised the concern- brought space heaters and a technician within a few hours. There is plenty of space and comfy couches to spread out. Overall, the basics are provided for a comfortable stay! Our family had a great time!

Nice little place off the beaten path for sure. Board games and nice clean linens were provided. Front door lock was a little tricky but figured it out eventually. Would recommend for a quiet weekend away

Perfect place. Perfect Hosts. Pristinely clean, extras supplied came in handy! Convienant to downtown everything. A corner store just on the corner of the street for little things you might want to pick up. Highly recommended.

My family stayed over Christmas to visit family in the area and we loved this stay! The home was spotless and comfy at the same time. The historic location was close to downtown venues and incredible restaurants. We will definitely be back!

My group had an incredible stay. Alyson really goes above and beyond as a host! Everything was perfectly described. She is very responsive. The scenery in person is even better than the pictures! The location is perfect. It is a private scenery feeling but a close drive to all around and so much to do within the vicinity. Thank you for an awesome time!
