Central basement apartment, private entrance, nice environment

A central accommodation in a pleasant setting. A walk along the Klarälven river and, among other things, the city centre, Karlstad CCC or Sandgrund Lars Lerin is reached. It is ~ 1,5 km to E18 and 300 m walk to bus stop. The accommodation has a fridge, hotplate, coffee maker, microwave etc. Breakfast and basic ingredients are available for your own cooking. The room has a double bed, wardrobe and table/chairs. Baby mattress, crib and chair can be arranged. The accommodation includes a sauna, bathtub and shower. Beautiful house at Vänern beach on Hammarö

New cottage located 50 meters from the shore of Lake Friend. Kitchen section with fridge, pour, microwave, fully equipped with porcelain, (no oven). Small living room with sofa, coffee table and TV. Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom with shower and vc. Air heat pump! Self outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Happy if the cottage is left tidy, clean and tidy! Welcome!

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. One bedroom, one living room, kitchen and bathroom with washing machine. Cozy apartment in basement with own private entrance. 2.5 km from Karlstad city centre. Within 5 minutes walk there is a beach, shops, restaurants and nice green areas. Great communication to KAU, Färjestad's racetrack and Löfbergs Lila Arena. In the apartment there is a double bed, table with chairs and kitchenette with fridge, freezer compartment, hot plates and kitchen equipment. All bed linens, towels and cleaning are included. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Parking is free, and wifi is available.

Nice Cabin 6 people with outdoor spa and peaceful location.

Own small cottage of 52m2 + 25m2 loft and large terrace with outdoor hot tub for 6 people. Very modern and nice accommodation for himself with the host in his own house on the plot. Private parking space with space for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the friend and 12km by car to the main square Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat, you can leave it at the jetty. In summertime there may be a control pool boat for rent, separate agreement is required for that.

Modern studio with sun from morning to night. Private patio with dining area and river view. Down by the jetty there is a beach with swimming possibility. Kayak is available to hire for a trip on the river or out on the lake. To the center of Karlstad it is about 8 km. There is oven/microwave, stovetop and fridge/freezer. TV is available (streaming). Double bed (160x200cm) and a separate air mattress (a total of three sleeping places). Travel cot for baby to rent. Sheets and towels are included. Welcome!
