The Little House with Country Charm Cute house with everything you need. Enjoy relaxing on the covered front porch, or by the fire in the back yard. Mancave has a view of the firepit. Centrally located, 15 minutes to Sarnia, 30 to Grand Bend and 40 to London. Groceries, beer/ liquor store and restaurants 5 minutes away in Watford. Very cozy comfortable home with large kitchen, dining room, living room with pull out sofa, two bedrooms and a laundry room with washer/dryer. Sparkling clean.

Beautiful country apartment located in a woodlot between Chatham and London. Apartment is detached from main house and has a spacious deck surrounding it overlooking the forest. It also has a small cabin for the second bedroom that is accessible from March to October. There is a large inground shared pool, outdoor sauna, yard and walking trails nearby for nature lovers. Our property is double wide with panoramic Lake View. Access to the beach via a new public stair case 7 cottages down. No direct access from our property. We do not have neighbours either side. We are located in a friendly quaint community. A good mix of seasonal cottages and full time residence. The panoramic view is seen from two of the 3 bedrooms. Imagine waking up and from the comfort of your bed enjoying the sights and sounds of the endless lake horizon. Please be our guest!
