The house met all our expectations from the photos with an amazing view across the bay to Keppel. Great layout, plenty of space and everything you needed was already provided. Wonderful place to stay.

A wonderful family retreat! Karl and Helen's beautiful property was the perfect place for our family to relax and reconnect before our son's birthday. Spacious and welcoming, it comfortably accommodated our large group. The pool, complete with a slide, was a huge hit with the kids, and we appreciated the extra goggles provided so everyone could join in the fun. The gardens provided a lovely space to unwind and enjoy the sunshine. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a fantastic kitchen and BBQ area. The pool table and fire pit offered extra entertainment for all ages, creating a fun and relaxed holiday atmosphere. Beyond the great amenities, it was the warm atmosphere and welcoming hosts that made our stay truly special. We highly recommend this property for a memorable family getaway! Just spent three days at this absolute gem of a home with my disability client for his respite. The home was perfect for all his independence living skills and needs. He throughly enjoyed his respite the home was very well maintained and equipped for all his needs. Beautiful home in a great location 10/10 hands down 😊😊😊👌👌👌

We had a great stay the house was perfect and welcoming. Great walks on the beach and up the hill. Quiet road for kids to ride bikes or cross to the beach. The sunset views from the deck are amazing.

Fantastic house to stay; has everything you need, great location, very responsive and helpful hosts. Walking distance to the beach and close enough that you can hear the waves crashing on the beach. Great little coffee shop around the corner; Ray White gifted us a voucher to use there and we really loved that little treat. We loved our stay in Cooee Bay and our host, would 100% stay with them again

All good, relaxing house for 4 adults and 4 teenage children, 2 min walk to the beach was great. Good stop off place when travelling down the coast. Ample parking.

The space was really welcoming, spacious and had everything included to enjoy our time away. To our surprise, an uninterrupted view of the ocean could be seen from the front balcony - this and the constant cool ocean breeze made our stay that much more enjoyable! Tom was very responsive to messages and kindly offered us flexible check-in and check-out, which was appreciated with a newborn baby and two different families meeting together. Highly recommend

We had an amazing time staying in April and John’s holiday home. The home is spacious and luxurious and had fantastic attention to detail. As a family with a young child we often find accommodation lacking in utensils and kitchen items such as child friendly plates but April has thought of everything and it was the perfect self contained holiday stay. The bedrooms are huge and the bathroom and laundry were fantastic along with the kitchen. We loved the 2 verandas and enjoyed the amazing view and sea breeze. We had a great time using the pool and we loved walking across the road to the beach. This is the best holiday home we have stayed in and would highly recommend April’s home. You won’t regret it! Thank you for making our mini holiday so great, we have come away feeling refreshed and relaxed.

The house is beautifully styled, with the perfect blend of comfort and elegance. But what really took our breath away were the gorgeous view of the beach 🏝️ line, weather we were sipping on our coffee or enjoying a glass wine in the evening ,, the views from the veranda was absolutely stunning. And watching the sunrises in the mornings Thank you ☺️

Great house, very close to restaurants, takeaways & a small supermarket. Air-conditioning throughout the house was amazing on days of almost 40 degrees. We took our dogs with us and the house and yard is very pet friendly. The house and garden are well maintained and had everything we needed.

If there was a 6 star rating for John’s hospitality, I would award it. The bonus fully stocked fridge and pantry at our disposal was a lovely surprise. Our doggie loved the daily walks at the beach just around the corner. The kids and husband enjoyed the outdoor sports area with nightly darts competitions. Would definitely visit again.
