Beautiful house close to beach and nature

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home, close to the beach and small cozy harbor with fishing boats and life. The house is renovated in 2023/2024 with consideration of the old house from 1914. There's a brand new kitchen, and every room is brought to the present standard-with warmth and charm in every room. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities as well as an extended arsenal of coffee equipment, grinder, and coffee beans from roasting in Copenhagen for free. Feel free to use the kitchen, and preferably with care.

Lützens Palæ, newly renovated, 180 m2, directly to Svendborgsund. Beach, marina, views from all primary rooms and balcony. 5-10 min to city center, cafes, restaurants, theatre and music. Cottage near the water

Take the whole family to this amazingly lovely summerhouse. You can always find a cozy nook to stay in if you want sea views, sun in the morning on the east terrace, sun in the evening on the large west facing terrace. There is a trampoline and the possibility of garden games. Wireless internet and Chromecast if you want to watch TV. Take a swim from one of the bridges by the beach which is about 100 meters from the house. Nyborg is 15 min away where you can shop and more. Svendborg is about 25 minutes by car.

Welcome to our newly constructed house by the sea – literally, just a few steps away from the clear waters of Svendborg Sound. This idyllic and spacious property (94 sq. meters on two floors) has unobstructed views of the south Funen archipelago – in fact, nature is your only and closest neighbor. Private guest annex with bath and toilet. Exit to private fenced garden/patio, equipped with gas grill. There is a small fridge, electric kettle, toaster, electric radiator. Wifi, BT speaker and TV w chromecast. There's not an outright kitchen - for info for longer stays. Access to shared beach area - 430 m to the water's edge (key used). Beautiful old fisherman's house.

Traditional old fisherman's house from 1794. Everything you need is here. The house is fully renovated and has all needed amenities including washer and dryer. Located only 2mins walk from a nice beach and the lovely yacht club with a great restaurant. The house has one double bed and a single bed, but one extra bed can be set up if needed, so a total of 4 people can stay. The car (VW Up) can also be rented. Nice apartment in Tullebølle in the middle of Langeland

In the apartment in Nowhuset you get available over a large living room with reclining chairs, sofa, TV and workspace for two and a bedroom with a wide double bed (can be separated into two single beds). In addition, your own modern kitchen with bar, dining area, stove and dishwasher as well as a toilet and newly renovated bathroom in the basement, which you also have to yourself - access to washing machine and dryer as well as access to 2 small terraces.

Various games and books are available on loan in the living room and under the sofa's chaise longue, which is lifted at the end of the “mattress”.
