Holiday rentals in Lansdowne

A very nice, clean, and comfortable apartment in a convenient area. We didn't encounter any problems, but the host seemed to be very available if we had needed to contact him.

Jesse was such a great host. His was very helpful with questions and recommendations. His place was in such a great location. The area was quiet and peaceful, yet still walkable to restaurants and other attractions. The space was small and cozy and offered everything I needed for my stay. Thank you Jesse!

We were in Phoenixville for a family wedding, and Jerry and Kim’s was such a clean and comfortable place to stay. We were close to everything but had our own space to get away from the hustle and bustle. They mention in their description that the stairs are steep - they really are, so pay attention if mobility is an issue. My husband had a little trouble on a bad arthritis day, but overall they were no problem. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and friendly - if you sit on the front porch, there’s a good chance that half a dozen people will say hello as they walk by with their dogs. I can’t eat at restaurants due to food allergies, and it was wonderful to be able to cook a safe meal - the kitchen has everything you need, right down to the Nordicware baking sheets. Jerry and Kim’s is set up to make your life easier and less stressful, which is a tall order when you’re traveling. I hope we have the opportunity to stay there again in the future!

For this part of the city, more spacious, newer, better cleaned than many other airbnb options. Living room is on first floor and bedroom and bathroom on second, so not so many stairs as many in this area. Convenient to many parts of the city, with attractions, restaurants, bakeries, etc. Excellent communication with host team.

Man awesome stay besides having problems with the lock . I apologize Marja my Lyft was outside and I could not get that lock box open . And had to make sure I catched my flight other than that. Awesome stay !!

The host and apartment were great. Maybe it is public knowledge, but I did not realize until I got to the apartment that public parking was not an option. I wish that had been clearly stated on the description. Apart from that, everything was super

Magda was absolutely wonderful. She made us feel right at home and was quick to respond to anything. Very accommodating and even offered us an extended check out time. The place was clean and had all the amenities you could need. Would definitely recommend to anyone if you’re looking for a friendly , clean, close to everything but not in the heart of chaos then you should check Magda’s out. It truly is a home away from home! We will be back soon, this time with our kids to check NYC and Philly out since you are conveniently located right in the middle of everything. The mall was only ten minutes away.
