E' situato al cento del paese a 200 metri dal mare e dal porticciolo turistico. La spiaggia di sabbia è raggiungibile in tre minuti, attraversando un piccolo parco che circonda la vecchia chiesa. Villino Elisa è situato a meno di 400 metri dalla bellissima spiaggia di Fogi Manna. È composto di tre ampie camere da letto, due bagni, il soggiorno, sala da pranzo e angolo cottura. Ogni stanza è dotata di un condizionatore d'aria autonomo. All'esterno vi è la veranda con un comodo salotto e nel giardino sotto gli ulivi, vi è un'amaca, dei lettini e un dondolo. Inoltre una doccia esterna e un caminetto per cucinare la carne alla brace. Il posto ideale per rilassarsi in famiglia.

Independent apartment with a large veranda overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Arbatax and the characteristic Isolotto d 'Ogliastra. The apartment is on the lower floor of a 3-story house, totally independent and with private parking space. The highlight is definitely the large outdoor veranda where you can enjoy the beautiful view, eat and drink in an enchanting atmosphere. My parents live on the top floor of the house, so they're always available.

The apartment is located in the center of santa maria navarrese at 100 m. From the marina where from here by boat you can reach the most beautiful beaches such as Cala Mariolu, Cala Luna, Cala Biriola... In 2 minutes walk you can reach the beaches of the center, restaurants,bars,pizzerias,pharmacy,playground, ATM etc... The apartment has air conditioning in the living room and mosquito nets in all windows including the large veranda window.
