It's simple! The apartment is new! There's everything, it's pretty extra, and it's a stone's throw from the city center with very good restaurants. The welcome was friendly, and the very good tips for being able to have dinner allowed me to feast less than 5 minutes walk from the accommodation. I highly recommend this place and will be happy to come back if I'm in the area.

This weekend ski escape turned to be a great time for the family. We enjoyed ourselves very much. The apartment is close to the few stores and restaurants in Rocca. The nearby entrance to Campo Felice is much less crowded than the main entrance. The apartment is a nice place to unwind after skiing.

I can’t say enough positive things about Marco’ and his AirBNB. Marco was a phenomenal host who was very responsive and understanding. I had misunderstood something but Marco was very understanding and kind about it which I appreciated very much. The place itself is beautiful and pristine. The apartment was also very well made. I loved the interior design and overall aesthetic. The apartment was very welcoming and exuded a cozy, homey feeling. The location is perfect as it is right near the town square. The price was unbeatable and more than fair, especially considering how nice the apartment is and where it’s located. There’s also a garage on the property, which was incredibly clutch. Overall, I’d highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone thinking of visiting L’Aquila or any nearby towns. This AirBNB ticks all the boxes and I can’t find a single drawback. Five stars out of five.

we could book and check in very spontaneously. Antonio responded very quickly. We are on the road with the bikes and our dog. Due to the cold, we are in the accommodation, which is located directly on the Appennino bike path. The supermarket is also easily accessible by bike 4 km away and in the village there is a minimarket with fresh bread. The bar is also very cozy and creates a nice atmosphere. We felt comfortable and warmed up well:-) Mama Angela, was also available at all times if you need anything.

Stefano's apartment is perfect for those who plan to spend a few days of tranquility in a beautiful part of Abruzzo, in the middle of Gran Sasso Park. Spacious, fully equipped, clean, equipped with a garden overlooking the surrounding mountains. The apartment is perfect for families, even with small children. The added value of this apartment is definitely the hospitality of Stefano and his family. Stefano's father, Dino, welcomed me and my family as fraternal friends, giving great tips about the area and even helping us manage the house (on several occasions, even in the early morning, he helped me light the fire of the fireplace). Stefano even brought us great meat from the butcher shop where he works. In short, perfect accommodation and incredible hospitality! When we go to Abruzzo, we will definitely be back at this place!

Feeling at home in Pietracamela The feeling we had, right away, was that of being at home. Indeed, in some ways even more beautiful because Pietracamela and its surroundings are really a place that deserves a stay. The house is complete with everything and Giovanni and his wife who welcomed us and Teresa, were really unsurpassed. Nothing was missing, but if we needed anything, we knew we could count on them. The village is picture-perfect, there are no shops but you can get organized, and then the two bar-restaurants nearby have everything you need, you eat really well and don't spend a lot. It was like a kind of escape in time and space: we spent the first days of the year with the snow, the fireplace and the timeless atmosphere of a real Abruzzo. Very friendly and quiet accommodation. We booked 4 rooms for 10 people. It was very wide and the place was quiet, it felt like everything to us. In fact, we had dinner on the table outside in the cool under the gazebo. Letizia was very helpful and available both for the flexibility of check-in and check-out, and regarding questions and requests from us. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect. Tina and her parents were extremely friendly to us! They even lit the fireplace to create a magical and romantic atmosphere! Beautiful mountain views and a peace we haven't been able to find in a long time!

We stayed in Nerito for 2 weeks in August, with our dog and we had a very good time. Giulia and her dad Giovanni gave us a really warm welcome, the accommodation is large, spacious and comfortable. The village is quiet and you sleep very well. Giovanni is always ready to give advice on trekking and hiking in the area. The location is great for hikers.

We were Gianfranco's guests for a few days with our two dogs. Gianfranco is an excellent host, helpful, friendly, responsive and an excellent advisor of bars and restaurants in the area. Large outdoor spaces, the shared kitchen had everything you needed, the location allows you to reach the sea and mountains in about an hour... what can I say, we hope to return soon as guests for a few days of relaxation in the fresh air.

Maria's hospitality and her accommodations were exactly what we were looking for. Being a large group with many children, we needed ample space and at the same time a safe and quiet place. Antonio's place is in a great location for visiting Abruzzo. It is spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. The view of the mountains from the terrace is stunning. Antonio was friendly and responsive and the stay went very well. It should be noted that the air conditioning is only in the living room and it can be hot in the rooms in summer, but Antonio was responsive and provided a powerful fan to cool the atmosphere.

Silvia is a great host: responsive, always available without ever being intrusive. We stayed in 12 at your place and found all the right comforts. The area lends itself to being a great destination for both winter vacations (with the snowy peaks just a stone's throw away) and for summer vacations. The pool house for the summer and large fireplace for the winter is the right base especially for large groups. If I have to find a small defect, I find it in the smaller bathroom: since there is no very large shower (and no box), the danger of flooding was around the corner! But really small because for everything else it was great! I highly recommend it!
