The house is so nice, clean and cozy. Daniele gives us many helpful tips and place to go, very nice and proactive host.We enjoy our stay very much thanks to Daniele. The place is peaceful and easy to go anywhere, Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Cinque terra. Such a lovely house , highly recommend for family trip👍🏼

We had a very pleasant time here. Carlotta was very friendly from the start, and even recommended local grocery stores. This place is a hidden gem! You are surrounded by beautiful trees & nature, but close enough to the town where you can easily catch the train to Florence. We absolutely loved it!

We loved Bernardino's place. It was super cozy, the garden and whirlpool were amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed. And Bernardino was super helpful with tips and answers to all our questions. Highly recommend if you're looking for a remote place to enjoy Tuscany.

Incredible stay at Beatrice’s place. From booking to exit she had helped my group and I plan our stay in Tuscany finding wineries and vineyards to explore. She was so kind and pleasant to work with I would suggest her place to anyone! The kitchen was cozy and perfect for our group to spend time in while at the bnb. Every room was exactly as described. Perfect stay!

We had a lovely stay at Carlo and Elena's. The fenced garden and pool were a real plus. Not to mention all the little touches Carlo was able to have for us, and even a gift for our little puppy. The place is peaceful surrounded by mountains with beautiful views. We would recommend this house and its host because everything was perfect!

Everyone was very nice, the neighbors were very nice, A nice place to rest, a big thank you personally to Maria. For the address, the GPS tells us that we had arrived, but it was still necessary to continue the road about 300 m. And the Borgo Isora will be on your left. the road is winding to get there, you have to be careful. very nice place to go.

Fantastic experience from Francesca who created a small oasis of well-being and tranquility in a wonderful place. Perfect for several days of relaxation and as a base to discover the territory and its delicacies. Great breakfast basket, also perfect for celebrating special occasions thanks to the extra amenities such as the outdoor bathtub and massages that were a real treat! Plus a very comfortable bed, the bathroom is spacious, and the temperature is always perfect in the rooms. We were greeted with kindness and extreme availability to meet if we did not anticipate the needs of our infant, in fact we were provided with a crib and a bathtub for the bath. Had such a perfect stay here. Slightly out of Florence town but great if you enjoy a small post food walk to work off all the delicious food on offer. Really peaceful. Stefani gave some lovely recommendations. Perfect host, perfect place. Happily stay again.

Leonard and his wife were very kind and welcoming, beginning to end. They were very responsive to our contacts with them and proactive in ensuring we were comfortable and had all we needed. They kindly invited us to join them and the wider family at a homemade pizza party in the garden one evening and later even brought us unexpected sweet treats. The property and it's garden estate were beautiful. We had gorgeous views from 3 sides of our apartment , mountains one way, across the valley another, and over the large garden on the 3rd side. All of the outlooks beautiful. It would be perfectly possible to use taxis and trains to get around the general area though having our own car there was very convenient for shopping and travelling as some attractions and facilities are several miles away. I feel our trip would have been less rich without a car. I'd describe the apartment as comfortable if rustic, but we had all we needed whether cooker, fridge, micro, washing machine etc.

We were six adults, two children (3-year-olds) and one infant staying at the house for a week. It’s located in a secluded spot with a large garden and beautiful views of the Tuscan landscape. We used all of the five bedrooms upstairs and they were dark and cool. The kitchen and living room downstairs also stayed cool. Right outside the kitchen there’s a really nice spot that’s in the shade for the most part of the day, where we had most of our meals. This is a great place to relax and enjoy a dip in the pool. However, you definitely need a car to get around. The gardener came around several times a day to maintain the pool etc. We appreciated this, but might be good to know if you’re looking for complete privacy. We also had some issues with the bathrooms; one toilet and a shower didn’t work properly but were fixed within a day and this didn’t affect our experience. The washing machine didn’t work despite repeated attempts by the host to fix it. The barbecue is in the trash room.

I was a guest at Elena's with my wife, pregnant in the ninth month and my 2-year-old son. The apartment is on the first floor of a beautiful renovated villa and can be reached with a spiral staircase. The room is very bright with thoughtful details. It has everything you need for a really relaxing stay: air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a very comfortable bidet and shower, a spacious balcony. The terrace is located on the roof of the villa and can be reached with outdoor access to the apartment by spiral staircase (the same one that leads to the apartment): huge, with views of the trees and the Alps, furnished with sunbeds and a table where you can dine. We stayed in August in very hot weeks so we used it after dark. Elena was an impeccable host, generous in her advice, and tireless in providing us with support. She showed us empathy out of the ordinary, making us feel great.

Magical stay at Paola's. Difficult to describe in a few words all the kindness she showed with us, we immediately felt at home. Paola picked us up by car from the station and greeted us with a nice bottle of wine and pizza - delicious -, difficult to have a better arrival especially after a long trip. She was very proactive throughout our stay and even took us half a day into the Chianti so we could visit a vineyard because we didn't have a car - we still can't go back from her generosity! She takes care of all her guests and her property is beautiful, we enjoyed the pool and the apartment is wonderfully well decorated and equipped. We would highly recommend staying with Paola, the best airbnb host we've had. Thanks again for everything Paola, you were wonderful, and we are already dreaming of coming back! Arrivederci!:)

Claudia is a great host, always very helpful and super nice. We felt very comfortable. The apartments have everything you need, the pool is great - very clean and with a wonderful view. The location is also great - in about 15 minutes you are in the Volterra and up to San Gimignano you only need half an hour. We will be happy to come back and thank you for the delicious oil and the nice holiday!

We loved our stay at Giulia’s - it was like home from home and had everything we needed. It has beautiful surroundings and is great for cycling! Giulia was very helpful with recommendations and friendly too.

Beautiful chalet, clean, well-furnished and equipped with everything. Great for those traveling with their own animals; the garden is fully fenced. Mrs. Anna is very kind. The published photos don't make it more beautiful in real life. We'll definitely be back as we had a really good time.

We had a quick 36 hour stop here during our honeymoon trek though Italy and Sara’s place was a great place to reset and relax for a bit. We loved visiting Volterra (relatively tourist free compared to our other stops) and the guest villa we stayed in was very cozy and comfortable. Sara and her husband were very helpful with anything we needed and they even left us a bottle of champagne on our last night!

Five friends made to feel very welcome to this beautiful spacious villa with a lovely pool set amongst olive groves. The scenery that surrounded us was beautiful. Invited to Mark's villa who shared his knowledge and history of the olive groves which was very interesting and the hospitality received was first class (vino and yummy bruschetta's). This was the perfect place to stay and would highly recommend.

Heidi's apartment is situated in a larger complex on the outskirts of the village, just a short walk from the town center where you can find a church, a mini supermarket, bars, and a popular restaurant that is always fully booked. The village is ideally located in the heart of Chianti, making it a perfect starting point for exploring the region. You can drive along one of the scenic, winding roads to a wine tasting event, enjoy a bike ride through the picturesque countryside, or visit nearby cities like Siena or Florence (Firenze). One of the highlights of the apartment is the spacious swimming pool (1.35 m deep), which is perfect for cooling off during the hot summer days, especially if you have kids. The apartment itself is well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay. Communication with Heidi is easy and friendly. She provides detailed information on the check-in and check-out procedures, as well as instructions for using various amenities in the complex. We enjoyed our stay!

Cristina is the ultimate host! Everything was immaculate and set up for us. We traveled with two young kids, and she was proactively prepared with a crib & high chair. She also had amazing recommendations and answered any questions for us. Led us to a spectacular sunset winery in the hills. The premise has stunning views and hanging poolside in the mountains, was just what the doctor ordered. Highly recommended and makes you feel like family!

The perfect place to stay in Tuscany, beautiful home and gardens. We loved the views and the amazing swimming pool. The house had loads of character and was very homely and comfortable. Loved the location, not too far from Lucca and only 30 mins from Pisa airport. Andrea was a very friendly and helpful host too. Wonderful stay - thank you!

We had a very relaxing few days staying with Lucy and her family, and their dog Amber. They were really friendly and welcoming, and always ready to answer any queries we had. The pool area was lovely, and extremely peaceful. The accommodation was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The village is small with a butchers and bakers, a couple of restaurants and a bar. We did a lovely circular walk from the property through the woods to the nearby hill top village, Castel Vecchio. There’s nothing in the village but it’s very pretty and the views are great. You need a car to get to the supermarket and Lucca is a very easy 20 minute drive away. We had a super time and thank you Lucy for your generous hospitality.

Paula has not only created a beautiful sanctuary that perfectly reflects Tuscan culture, but offers wine tasting and a vineyard tour on her property. The location of this gem of a place is centrally located in the Chianti region , making it a perfect home base for day trips to Assisi, Firenze and nearby small villages that offer great restaurants and quaint shops. The region is cycling friendly, as well as offering places for day hikes. Staying here for five days was one of highlights of our Italian adventure.....and we highly recommend experiencing the perfect place to stay in Tuscany and the warmth and friendliness that Paula, Ferderico and her staff offer!!
