Waterfront holiday rentals in Larimer County

The location was perfect! It was only a mile away from Rocky Mountain National Park and a few miles from downtown Estes Park. The deck with the hot tub is right next to a beautiful creek, which made it an awesome getaway. The size was great and the amenities were just as described. I would definitely recommend.

I stayed in the Steiner Flat (Bird's Nest), it was beautifully decorated with views to the east (Bond Park) and to the south (perfect Long's Peak). I was there over Thanksgiving weekend so I didn't use the private terrace but it would be perfect in the warm months. Everything was spotless. Great location, I was able to walk to shops, restaurants, and the parade. Nice not to move my car from the private parking lot. One genius item, installing a Roku TV in the unit, which I use at home. Shawn, the on-site manager welcomed me and provided text messages before and during my stay. Those provided me with current weather conditions and reminders, I really appreciated it. I would definitely stay again. I remember shopping here when it was all stores so this is great to see it being re-imagined as flats.

We loved our stay in Estes. The location is fantastic-right downtown. The flat was bigger than the pictures showed. There was plenty of room for 2 adults and 4 small kids. Best of all was the property manager Shawn. He was very responsive and helpful. There was even a basket of treats for us. We will be back

We had a great time. The home was comfy and the location peaceful. We made most of our meals in home and the kitchen was very accommodating for our needs. It was close to town which was really nice also. Renee was very quick to respond for any questions. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing Thanksgiving with the family! Very clean and comfortable home. We walked out the front door and found some beautiful hiking trails right away, amazing views and tons of wildlife in every direction. Highly recommended.

We loved sitting on the patio and enjoying the views of the lake with the fire table. The apple tree was a plus with very delicious apples. From the primary bedroom there was a terrific view of the sunrise. Roberto was very responsive and helpful. Neighbor downstairs was very friendly and nice to chat with on the pier.

Highly recommended this property because it’s my favorite (and we have an extensive international Airbnb history). The view is spectacular, the house is roomy, the kitchen is amazingly well equipped/stocked, and the grand piano has beautiful tones. In addition to all that, the hosts are incredibly welcoming and hospitable. We celebrated thanksgiving with family living in the Denver area, and this home exceeded the restful getaway expectation we all looked forward to.

Mark’s place is amazing! We stayed there for a long weekend on our first trip to Rocky Mountain National Park. The neighborhood is beautiful and convenient to Estes Park and RMNP. The house is cozy and has everything you’ll need. Mark checked on us before we arrived and after we settled in to make sure things were okay. Book this house. You won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful house in a beautiful setting! The house is in a perfect location, only takes about 5 minutes to get downtown. My favorite part was sitting in the hot tub while it snowed while listening to the river down below. My family and I love this place and will definitely be back. They also decorated the house for Christmas which was a huge plus!

The unit was exactly as described, and in a great location. Very walkable to downtown Estes, but still just far enough away to be a little more secluded and private. We would absolutely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Lindsey's place. It's in a fantastic location in downtown Estes Park. Nestled right against the river-walk and among lots of local shops, we loved being able to step outside and easily be able to walk anywhere in Estes Park. It is also comfortable, nicely appointed and well stocked. Would love to return!

We have wanted to stay near RMNP for a long time, and had never visited in the fall, so we jumped at the chance and booked this cabin. It was easy to get to, very clean, comfortable, and a couple miles from the Park. We even had our own local elk that we named Buddy! He hung around several days. We will stay here again!

Stoneybrook was very nice and convenient to everything. The condo was squeaky clean and beds/linens were very comfortable. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Beautiful location situated above the Fall River. Huge bull elk seen right nearby! Managing heat was a little tricky as the fire place gives off a lot of heat in the part of the room it is in but takes awhile to heat the rest of room. Quiet location even though housekeeping and laundry are right outside of room. Wish there was an outdoor hot tub for general use but the in room jacuzzi was also nice. I would stay here again!
