This was my first trip out of state alone, it stood out to me when I was looking at possible listings in the DFW area and was just as expected. Being a college student and working for this weekend specifically was everything I’d hoped it would be, and among that? This listing. A very budget-friendly place to stay, as advertised and true to other reviews the hosts were very responsive replying almost immediately to the request to book and while answering my question about a late check in. Great overall and I highly recommend booking.

My stay was amazing Austin was extremely helpful and attentive. The actual place was as described, very clean and a great area. Austin made my stay very enjoyable he was so responsive all of the time and one of the best hosts I’ve had!

I had a great stay at David’s place in downtown Dallas. The location was perfect—right in the heart of everything, making it easy to get around. David was an excellent host, very responsive and clear in his communication, which made the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. The check-in process was seamless, and everything was exactly as described. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Dallas!

Easy to find, big and decorated so nicely. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths was a game-changer. The street was a bit noisy, but having so much space made up for that! Highly recommend!!

I live in LA and I realize when they say everything is bigger in Texas......EVERYTHING IS BIGGER IN TEXAS. The entry hallway is wider than my garage and the master bathroom is larger than my master bedroom. 🤣 Tallllll ceilings! I stayed at Keith's listing for a work trip with my team and it a great stay. I was at a Hilton Garden Inn by DFW the night before and it was an absolute nightmare. I booked a different AirBnB but after receiving the address and seeing what the neighborhood looked like, I ate the entire booking fee and booked this last minute and it was a great decision! Safe, clean, and nice neighborhood. Trader Joe's and Whole Foods not too far away. The house: Clean clean clean, well equipped, and very well appointed! Everything is well thought out! Work travel sucks but Keith's place fixed that! Will definitely be my go to the next time my team is in Dallas!

This place was great for our group! It was in a great location and the layout was very conducive to hanging out and connecting with people. Lots to do between the game area and the back yard area with pool & hot tub! The host was quick to respond, clear in guidelines and very kind. We would totally come back in the future!

We had a lovely time with family here! Very welcoming and peaceful atmosphere. Earl, the host, was very helpful with any questions that arose.

10/10 reccomend staying here! We had such a great time. There was so much for us to do all pretty close to house! The game room jept the children occupied for hours! There were plenty of board games, on in paticular called "utter nonsense", that we plaid for hours with 7 pleople! Such great host that were quick to respond with any questions. We could not have been happier! Traveling with three pups is often unrealistic, for our comfort or for theirs- so finding Josh’s place was like a dream come true! The dogs were so happy to be able to come with us on our weekend trip, and the yard and house were perfect for them. Wide open with plenty of space to tussle! The house was also extremely comfortable for the two humans, though- we are already trying to find another reason to come to Dallas! Our only regrets were not being able to stay longer, and my partner’s cat allergy which meant we couldn’t cuddle Mags. She is verifiably the cutest cat ever, and my partner (who’s relatively sensitive) didn’t have any issues with allergies in the house or yard! All in all, an absolute dream of a find for anyone who wants to travel with their fur babies.

The host was extremely nice and accommodating. The house had plenty of amenities making the price worth it. My friends and I enjoyed our stay and had no complaints!
