This beautiful beach home has 4 bedrooms, 3 of them are master suites. 4 full and 2 1/2 bathrooms. 3 patios. A viewing deck from the roof with views of the ocean and town. Family room on 1st floor, Flat screen Tv, DirecTV and Wifi. Second floor has a gourmet kitchen and a game room with a pool table. This house is just steps to the beach. There is a floor deck with tables to dine al fresco. This home is located in a community with 24 hour a day security. Must be 25 years old to rent the property

Since our unit is in the first, most forward facing building, the view from the huge patio is one of the best views in the entire complex and it's very private.

Come and enjoy an amazing beach home in the best possible spot in Rocky Point, Mexico. Kayaks, chairs, a firepit, and an amazing palapa are waiting for you to make incredible memories. Linens, fast wifi, central air/heat, a garage and laundry room are all included. Very near to the town, yet in the private community of Las Conchas; this home is set directly on the beach and right across from the 24/7 security guard station. A local maintenance person is on call.

Beautiful brand new home built in July 2017 at the private resort of Laguna Shores in Rocky Point Mexico. A truly amazing find and Jem with all the amenities of your very own private Resort! My place is very accommodating for families or couples. You will have plenty of personal space there. Also you are only steps away from your own private beach.
