Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Las Tablas, Valverde

Andre has been extremely nice and helpful all along with suggestions, he was very flexible with us for the check-in as we arrived earlier and let us leave our luggage. The apartment is conveniently located 10 minutes walk from everything needed, Gran Via, Plaza Mayor, Metro station is right there as well as plenty of supermarkets, and if you want to have breakfast, lunch or dinner, there are plenty of options around the building. The apartment was clean and well furnished for our group of 5 people, with 3 bedrooms, and a nice living room where to chill. I would stay here again once I'm back in Madrid, thank you Andrée

I stayed almost two weeks here while I was doing my FCL exams in SENASA, and the experience was very good. The location is perfect if you go by car, it has a good garage square and there is always room outside, it is just 10 minutes from SENASA and 20 minutes from the airport. The facilities are in good condition and everything worked properly, except for a little problem with the fridge, which Gema, the host, fixed immediately. The atmosphere favors the studio (4/5). Some noise from the community padel court can be heard in the evenings, but there are no annoying neighbors or major disruptions, so it's a quiet spot. Gema's treatment was excellent: a very friendly, attentive and always willing to help host. He even gave me useful tips for exams. I recommend this place to both SENASA students and anyone visiting Madrid. It's comfortable, conveniently located, and with a host who takes great care of her guests.

It was a few days of vacation in Madrid and in the flat we felt like in our own house. The reception was personal, very friendly and with explanations of the house and the amenities of the area, as well as a whole detail in the refrigerator. Thank you. The area was very good and with all the amenities we needed. We will keep it in mind for future getaways in Madrid.

Great apartment in Malasaña - quiet, safe and large. It has every amenity, artful decor, modern appliances yet with a classic feel of old Madrid. The location is convenient for restaurants and shopping with the Metro steps away. Cora is a great host. Highly recommend staying here.

A lovely industrial-style oasis near Retiro Park. The place was spotless when we arrived and a full kitchen to cook meals for our group. No cars honking, no loud tourists, just trees and relaxation — a rare find in Madrid!

Aurogar is a super host. We were greeted with plentiful croissants, pound cakes, milk, and juices in the kitchen. The apartment is nicely and tastefully remodeled. Dryer was provided on request. We highly recommend to anyone without any reservations.

We love the place and location. like what they described is very private place in the centre the town. It's quiet but surrounding by so many wonderful restaurants. Walkable to lots of places. definitely will come back again.

If you’re looking for a place right in the middle of town, this is the place to be. Great location. The apartment is very well appointed like the photos. It is very well equipped with everything you need. The washer and dryer are incorporated into one unit. IF a dryer is important to you as it was for us, it is extremely complicated to figure out and it has a very low capacity (like 2kilos?). It didn’t work at all for us. Rut, who lives in the building, went as far as offering to dry our clothes for us at her place. BUT, since the apartment comes with a large drying rack and clothes (except for jeans) dries over night, we opted to use that and it was fine. I gave this place a 5 star review because the place is every bit as nice as advertised. The host discloses up front to allow up to 40 min to receive a response, they do respond sooner and very diligently. Rut, who was our contact, was also extremely flexible and accommodating with our check in time given flight delays etc.

We had a fantastic living experience in Madrid because of Carlos’s apartment. He is a warm and welcoming person. The place is well prepared, you could see them in every single detail. You would love to cook here where you could find most of the tools and ingredients you need. The big terrance and the beautiful sunlight make the stay perfect. Last but not least, Carlos prepared us the wine, cookies, olive as gift with so much love. He is a great host and brings us a fruitful stay in Madrid. Thanks so much.
