Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Las Vegas Strip

We loved staying here. The views, the space, the privacy, the garage, it was great. Josue was one of the friendliest hosts I’ve ever had. This was a great. We are putting this on the radar for the next time we come. We highly recommend it.

The place was clean and well-appointed. There was easy access to ride-share and taxis. Kevin and Lillian were very proactive with communication throughout the stay. There was some noise from the upstairs neighbors, but over all very manageable.

A great smoke free stay in Vegas! Enjoyed the pools, hot tub, and convenient location! I had a wonderful time and would gladly book again! Thanks!!

As described, clean, comfortable. Although we didn't prepare meals, there was everything available to do so. Be aware, check in is later than most places (5 pm, although we arrived at 4:45 unknowingly and the property manager let us in). However, check out is a bit later than usual (12 pm). Five stars for everything.

Ed was a great host very responsive and helpful. This place is located close to everything. It was very well kept and very modern. A lot of comfort like home. I definitely will book again.

Very easy in and out, centrally located, a couple things here that need a little help. #1 needs caffeinated coffee!! Only had tea and decaf. Upper Jacuzzi is warmest but bubbles don’t always work.

We had a great experience with the whole process. Everything was easy. Looking forward to staying there again.

We had a marvelous time at Chris’s place! The location was perfect—walkable and the perfect distance from the Strip so it was super convenient but not too hectic. The view from the apartment was absolutely amazing, especially at night. The apartment was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Chris was a wonderful, super responsive host, and everything was smooth from start to finish. Would definitely stay here again!

I would give this accommodation 4.5 ⭐️. The property was exactly as described, and Qiu was very kind and helpful. Before our arrival, we received very clear and detailed instructions from her, and she even mentioned where the nearest grocery store was! This was really helpful for us when we had just arrived. The property felt safe to us as it is monitored 24/7. One of the security guards took pictures outside and told us he was just ensuring our safety (I think he was making sure no one who shouldn’t be outside was around), which made us feel secure. The bed was comfortable, and the area was quiet. I’m deducting 0.5 ⭐️ because the neighbor upstairs walked very loudly, which caused us to wake up a few times at night, but I know Qiu can’t control this. Overall, this was a fantastic place for our Las Vegas trip, and we would definitely stay here again!

The unit was as explained very accurately. We had an enjoyable long stay! Only one issue came up and the response time of the owners was outstanding! I would highly recommend this unit with these owners managing.

I had an amazing stay at Ted and Nancy’s place! The apartment was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay!

I’ve never been to Vegas before and I was traveling with my 2 year old so having the security was huge for us, security staff is very nice. We chose this place because we wanted to be a little off the strip and it was exactly what we expected. 24 hour gym access, 2 pools, overall very nice. I’ll deff stay here again.

The condo is perfect for a family or two couples. It had everything we needed. It worked well for exploring the strip and day trips around the area. The hot tub and heated pool were great to have even with the cool air temps.

The location was perfect—just minutes away from the Strip and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants. The house was spotless, very comfortable, and made for a relaxing getaway. The pool was perfect for both morning and evening swims. The host was super responsive and made sure everything was just right throughout my stay. If you're looking for a comfortable, clean, and convenient place, I highly recommend staying here!

Catherine was extremely responsive and focused on ensuring my stay was comfortable and without any hassles. The home is in a great location and was exactly what I was looking for in the area that I needed. Absolutely would stay there again when I return to Vegas.

The place is exactly as posted and perfect for our needs. Loved the shuffle-board, fans in every bedroom, adequate space and cleanliness. The host was accommodating, friendly and always responsive. Would definitely recommend!

We loved staying at this property. It was clean and comfortable. All the things we might have needed were there for us - toiletries, towels, pool things, kitchen things. Our host Brandon was very attentive and responsive. The location was perfect: lots of restaurants around it, a short straight drive to the strip, lots to do in the area. This may very well be our go to property when in Vegas.

Fantastic stay we had a group of 12 and everything was wonderful. We did have an issue where there wasn’t enough pillows and blankets and sheets but otherwise our stay was great.

Kris was a great and responsive host. The house was fantastic. Bedrooms, kitchen, living room and outdoor area were all great! Pool was wonderful. The area was as described and perfect for us. We will definitely be back!
