Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Lassen County

Debbie house was everything we needed and more. She was so quick to respond with any questions and had so many recommendations for the area. We are a helicopter crew working in the area and are moving around a ton. She even had a second home we could move in to with a last minute change from our side of work. We hope to stay at any of Debbie's locations anytime we are in the area!

We had a wonderfully comfortable stay! The beds were so comfy, the heater worked great, the kitchen had all we needed to cook meals, the shower had great pressure, and there were great little touches here and there that made us feel welcome. Thank you!

We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at Therese's home. It was so convenient to have a driveway that pulled all the way up to the personal garage, especially as we had a lot of gear. We also appreciated the many thoughtful and generous touches, such as plentiful charger ports conveniently located right next to the huge bed and complimentary snacks, sparkling water and milk for our morning coffee!

Nice large peaceful space, great for relaxing and playing games with the family. We enjoyed the pool table and the poker table very much. Kitchen was well equipped and made it easy to cook for the family. The snacks and wine at check in was a nice touch. There was plenty of warm blankets to curl up in, in fact there was a beautiful handmade quilt that reminded me so much of my own at home that my grandmother made years ago! The host Ernie was very responsive when I had questions, and I really appreciated that. We enjoyed our weekend stay, only complaint is we wish we would have booked for more time.

I absolutely love Jay’s place! I am a second year RN student and travel weekly for classes at Lassen College. Jay’s place is a home away from home. It is comfortable, clean, and safe. The house has so many amenities! Jay is also a lovely person and very personable. He takes great pride in his property and is super friendly. The beds are amazing, incredible claw foot bathtub, large dinning room table and the best couches!! he also has a coffee bar! I absolutely encourage you to book this place. It is definitely a gemstone in Susanville!

Authentic cabin with lots of upgrades - completely new restrooms, modern kitchen, washer/dryer etc. Given time, wood stove in the living room will heat up the whole house. Initially we used extra space heaters to help it out.

Our family of 5 fit comfortably and the amenities inside the home were wonderful. 5-star rating on this beautifully appointed home in a great neighborhood. Close to the lake, grocery store, and restaurants. I would highly recommend this home. Thank you Robert for a lovely and memorable stay!

Cozy, comfortable, and charming place to stay in Quincy! We had a great time staying at Jennifer's place for 2 nights over the Christmas holiday. I grew up in Quincy and this place worked out great when coming back for a visit. The house is comfortable, as described, and has a lovely artistic/bohemian style. Jennifer was a great host! Easy check-in and out and detailed instructions.

We had a great stay at the Q Garden Cottage. Peggy is a wonderful host, and her units are lovely. The unit was very clean and inviting, with lots of homey touches. The home is close enough to walk to restaurants and shops, and the neighborhood is quite peaceful and safe. We enjoyed our stay!

It was a delight to stay here! The place is huge, and the amenities were great. The kitchen was well stocked. Comfy furniture, comfy bed, game room downstairs! My family in town were excited to come up and see the porch on Main St! We need more places like this in Portola, very cute!
