Holiday rentals with a beach view in Latin America

We had a great stay with family. We were there for Thanksgiving gathering and it turned out nice. Thomas's property made us feel like we were at home. We were able to bring our pet with us and even he was comfortable! The home has nice views of Lake Travis and it is in a quiet neighborhood.

Our group absolutely loved this place. It looked just like the photos and more. The rooftop pool was absolutely amazing; complemented by the views, birds, landscaping, and iguanas in the trees. The house is super walkable and convenient. We had plenty of drinking water and appreciated the fridge ice machine working off of the water jugs. Ester from the property management company was welcoming and quick to respond. We took her recommendation and hired Chef Roberto and crew to cook for our last night - I can't recommend them enough! Housekeeping and a pool cleaner came a couple times during our weeklong stay. We would definitely book this place again. One issue we did have was that the hot water didn't work in a few of the units. They swapped out the gas tanks which helped with some, but the studio never got hot water or working gas for the stove.

My family and I have stayed here twice now. Everyone loves walking and enjoying the beautiful pond and tropical plants. Lots of room to spread out and relax. This is a home away from home. Kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked as well. Thank you Micheal for a clean, well taken care of home! The check out instructions are also minimal, which is just such a blessing to the vacation 🙌🏼 Can't wait to come back.

We spent 10 days in at Roberto’s home for my 50th birthday, and it was one of my best trips to Mexico! This place is perfectly imperfect—comfortable, welcoming, and full of character and good design. It was ideal for our family of four (kids 10 & 13). The ocean and mountain are super amazing! The primary suite is private and spacious, with 360-degree views that were both calming and inspiring. I loved the unique shower designs and tried all three—each was incredible. The home had great spots to relax: the hot tub, front patio, cozy living room, and my favorite, the hammock off the primary suite. The pool was fresh and perfect for cooling off and the design of the downstairs is amazing, each room has a private patio. All the beds are comfy. Perched on a mountain, the location was private yet immersed in the culture, sounds, and energy of Mexico. The road up is steep but worth it. The hosts were wonderful—responsive and kind. This home is a true retreat. Can’t wait to return! ❤️?

I'm not unhappy but ended up paying a little more than my colleagues paid, I understand it was because of the great demand that there was for stays

The house is beautiful, great location about a 10 minute walk from the town and 3 minute golf cart ride. 2 of the bedrooms are outdoors so those rooms had a lot of noise from birds and light in the mornings. FYI, the host lives on the property and the area has a lot of school children so any music, especially on school nights, past 9pm isn’t an option. Overall great stay.

Amazing property with amazing view

Amazing the view is so beautiful , the location was great, and the decorations were even more beautiful in person. The pictures don’t do it justice so spacious. I would come back in a heartbeat :)

Karina was amazing! Very attentive and her place is BEAUTIFUL. Convenient in the sense that the pool and beach is right in front of the place. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. Karina was so warm and welcoming, greeting us with a lovely personal touch. Karina made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay and gave great local recommendations. Karina's attentiveness made us feel cared for every step of the way. Five stars all around!

This villa was probably one of the best vacations we have ever had. My group was impressed with the entire experience from the beautiful location, to the concierge service to Rosario’s delicious cooking. Every request was granted with a smile and we felt like we were in paradise. The beach was easily accessible as was the complex pools and hot tubs. The sunsets were beautiful and we could even see whales from the unit while we were eating lunch. Don’t hesitate to book this place. We can’t wait to return! It was a good 50 minutes from the airport and we used a taxi. We did go to dinner once at Si Sushi via cab we reserved from the W next door which was a very easy process. They even picked us up at the villa entrance. Perfect trip!

We had a truly wonderful week staying in the Casa Grande. There is so much to do and see in Puerto Vallarta, but it was sometimes hard to leave the oasis Susan has created here! You inevitably do, but you really look forward to arriving back at the end of the day. The location, the amenities, and the hosting is unmatched. We especially enjoyed sunsets on the patio and time spent in the adjoining garden. Susan went above and beyond in many ways to make sure we had a great stay. Thank you - we can’t wait to return!

José's house is as described in the listing. 24h porter available, super friendly. Well located house, super safe. The house has all it takes for a stay. We stayed for a week and if we come back we will stay at José's house certainly. Super recommend! Thank you very much. Metro outside the door of the house, good restaurants. Shops, 2 min. from the beach. Wonderful

This place is stunning and spacious!! The view from the roof and living areas are breathtaking. I will definitely be staying here when I revisit DR.

The apartment is incredibly spacious and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen has all the essentials—pots, plates, knives—and everything is of excellent quality. All the appliances are top-notch and in perfect working condition. The air conditioning in every room is fantastic. The balcony is absolutely stunning, complete with a jacuzzi and breathtaking views. Sunsets here are truly magical. It's just a 1-minute walk to the beach and pool, with the best beach in Cap Cana—clean, with soft white sand. The pool is enormous, and it's only an 8-minute drive to the marina, where you'll find plenty of restaurants. There are also two parks nearby to visit. It’s incredibly peaceful at night, making it the perfect vacation spot for my family. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be returning! This is a wonderful unit! Every room is gorgeous, the beds are very comfortable, amazing deck and living room and well equipped kitchen. We loved staying at this unit and the building pools were incredible! It was a very quick walk into town, easy UBER as well. We had a masseuse come in one day (ask staff - her name was Lily) and a private chef one day, which was awesome. The only thing we didn't realize when booking was the having a restaurant on site meant we could not take our own snacks and drinks to the pool. It was fine, but it meant we went back to the suite often for food/drinks that were a bit healthier than those offered. The staff at the building were incredible and so helpful! You simply can't go wrong booking this unit.

An amazing two bedroom condo right in the heart of the zona romantica. The condo itself was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The amenities were so great. The room top pool, gym, views, and bar elevated the experience! The area is full of amazing Mexican culture and cuisine. It is a short three block distance from the beach. I’m ready to book again for my next trip.

We loved the location because we could walk to everything. The pool and hottub were very clean and the pool area with all the plants was beautiful and pristine. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The condo was beautiful and cheerful, and the king size bed was comfortable.

We had an amazing time, and this place is absolutely gorgeous. Jorge and Alfredo were wonderful hosts. Pictures don’t do justice to the beauty of this space and the surrounding area. It is so inviting and serene, and it truly helped to make our trip something special. It’s just a short walk down the hill to all the shops, restaurants, and the beach. But honestly, between the private pool and amazing view, no one would blame you for staying in your room all day! Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.

Great place to stay

Tim’s place was excellent! Hard to beat direct access to the beach. The property manager Tricia was very responsive and available to help us with any reservations when needed. The apartment was clean and was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay!

Excellent apartment, very nice and very well equipped, comfortable, nice view and with departure to the beach, the apt has everything, you do not go for anything, we feel better than in a 5 star hotel, the location is perfect, you are surrounded by restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, excellent service of the porters, Nicole very attentive. More than recommended.
